To everyone who has given advice, I appreciate it very much. As you say, I will be doing a great amount of research and will travel wherever the best HT surgeon happens to be. Thank you all and again keep the advice coming.

I have been wondering if you should look for single practicing physicians or bigger groups. Again, I am looking for anyone that I could research extensively. It helps to get feedback from those who have had experiences with certain ones.
