  1. wow great work. nice tight grafts placement and the crown which is so notoriously hard to fix, looks fantastic!

I wud say ur one of the top FUE surgeons in the states these days especially with ur reasonably priced grafts for the US.

wish u had Turkey rates lol cause id be makn an appointment tomorrow if so. great natural lookn hairline too. very impressive knocked 10 yrs off that dudes life easily

  2. yea there is some asymmetry there. mite have to go back to repair cause for watever reason the grafts didn't seem to take on that side. I would say most of ur growth has occurred but there are some that don't see final results till 18 months.

some of the grafts do sen to have been placed in an irregular direction.

FUE or FUT and did u get in done in the states?

  3. the crown will NOT need 3000 grafts and if u did get 3000 grafts there it surely wudnt be thin. and you don't need to wait a year to get a second HT. (8) is perfectly fine in fact (6) months would be fine all healing is done long before (6) months therefore there is no risk of shock loss. where do u ppl get this crap from?

ppl really need to stop giving out poor advice wen they are obviously clueless about what they are saying smh.

  4. You need to wait a year since you just had a procedure. No way I would waste precious grafts in the crown area without seeing how the frontal third looks. You may need the grafts to fix the front if your last procedure doesn't grow right. 1500 is nothing for the crown it will not fill it in if you are asking. Crown will need almost double of that and will still look thin. You should let this procedure finish before thinking of doing anything else. The human body can only heal so fast and if you subject it to more tramua you may be risking losing grafts from the procedure you just had. You will up the chances for shock loss by a ton.
crown won't need 3000 grafts dude and it certainly wudnt look thin if he had 3000 grafts. stop giving out poor advice. and u don't need to wait a year to get a second HT. 8 months is perfectly fine.
  5. His name is doctor Lupanzula and his work is mind blowing.

I checked out his work. its ok but far from mind blowing and the fact that no one has ever heard of him means he aint mind blowing and I didn't see any large procedures which is usually an indiction of the lack of skill or experience a doctor has.

decent hairlines but their too high up which is another indiction of lack of skill cause the further u put the hairline the more grafts one can squeeze in but the patient still looks balding as a result which defeats the purpose of a HT.

  6. its gonna look a little funny cause ur doing it backwards. Usually one gets FUE then SMP that way the FUE scars are now camouflaged.

I wudnt say FUE scars are terribly noticeable but if ur shaving it down and doing it over SMP then yes they will be noticeable for sure due to the contrast of the white scar vs. the surrounding SMP ink..

is your SMP temporary or permanent. if temp I would wait till it fades then do it and even if its perm it will fade over time. I would wait, get FUE then get SMP again. yes its extensive no doubt to go that route but it will look better as a result.

there are no renowned FUE HT surgeons in the UK. go to Turkey ur only a couple hours away. that way 2000 grafts won't cost an arm and a leg. 2000 grafts in Turkey from Erdogan who is one of the best will be about 4000 pounds id guess. otherwise your looking at 8000-12000 pounds in the UK.

  7. seems like many other doctors could learn from his hairline techniques. Bhatti especially. his hairlines are the worst I've seen on this forum since I've been researching.

this doctors hairline looks natural as it should be vs. artificial like I've seen from many HT surgeons here. and considering thats one of the most important aspects of a HT ud think more doctors would spend more time creating a more appealing hairline.

I think some doctors simply lack artistic abilities but have decent surgical abilities.
