Dr. Feller, thanks a lot for chiming in. Greater (much less visible) donor area damage is the selling point for me, personally. Less (yet visible - when shaved down, I mean) damage via FUT is a definite no-go for me. Also, I'd like to note once again that I'm not doubting the man's expertise with regard to FUT (his cases are documented and the results speak for themselves), but with FUE, though he may do an impeccable job (based on nothing more than hearsay, I'm somewhat sure he will), I'm sorry to say that there simply is no evidence to support such a view. "He's good at 'this' so he must be good at 'that' as well", on the surface, is seemingly what I'm left to rely on. Is that good enough for me? I truly don't know at this point. I've been trying to make up my mind for many years and it seems as though the chase to find the right answer continues. Anyway, thanks once again to you all for the insight. I'm sorry to have re-hashed what I believe may be an age-old FUE vs FUT debate, and though I sometimes hesitate to post questions like this, knowing that they may be taken the wrong way, I feel as though it's a necessary thing to do. Appreciate the help, guys. I was able to find a couple more pics by searching Dr. Konior's posts, but that's about it. 5 pics in total and 3 of which don't have shots of the donor area. Being concerned about scaring and only having two pics to use as reference doesn't really put my mind at ease. Lastly, is the whole "10 year" thing actually true? Can anyone confirm or deny that Dr. Konior has 10 years worth of FUE experience under his belt? Judging by the amount of available pictures that can be found online, if it is actually true, I can't imagine he's done many in that amount of time, but I would love nothing more than to be proven wrong.

Hi all, I'm contemplating FUE between Dr. Feller and Dr. Konior. Two men with great reputations, I know, but I can't find more than two sets of pictures from Dr. Konior's FUE sessions. I read in one of the threads on here that Dr. Konior's specifically been performing FUE "for over 10 years" or for "about 10 years" and after all this time, that's really all there is? I'm closer (geographically speaking) to Dr. Konior than I am Dr. Feller, but I think I'll be forced to make the trip if there's not much physical evidence that can display Dr. Konior's experience with FUE. I don't mean to imply in any way that he isn't good at what he does, but for my own peace of mind, I really need to see (and not be told by others) that his FUE results are as good as his FUT. It's honestly strange to me how there's only the two sets (possibly even a small handful) of pictures after all these years. Anyway, if there are no other pictures available, then so be it, but if there are, I would love for someone to point me in the right direction. Thanks. p.s. On a side note: I'm not a fan of pills and I wonder: must one take any medication post-op? Is it necessary?
