  1. Hi, I am 10 weeks post op and still see some lingering redness. Is this normal? I have read some people talk about using Aloe Vera to reduce redness. I know that Aloe Vera reduces inflammation which I suppose is what causes the redness. Does Aloe Vera make a difference?? Thanks, TG
  2. srm73, How long did your redness last since you kept most of your transplanted hair?
  3. I am exactly 1 month since procedure which was 2400 FUT. 75% of nee hair has fallen out. Dr Feller told me it should all fall out in 2 to 3 weeks. Is more than 1 month normal to still have some of the transplanted new hairs? I know it has to all fall out before the hair cells go dormant and then finally start growing normally after a few months so I am anxious to simply have it all fall out.
  4. I am 3 weeks post op and am considering Rogaine especially to help grow hair that was shaved for procedure. I have read about the initial shedding caused by starting to use Rogaine. Does shedding happen to everyone? How much shedding actually happens?
  5. The videos were great! Thanks for the help. The Ugly Duckling phase, as it was called on the videos, really sucks! I am going to try MSM to help regrow some of the shaved hair as per one of the videos.
  6. Hi, I am now 3 weeks after my FUT which was 2500 grafts. Most, 75%, of the new hair has fallen out which I know happens to everyone. What I was not expecting is some redness. The new hair gave me a hairline and the skin at the border is noticeably red. Will this disappear as soon as the new hair is all gone? Will it take longer? Once all the new hair falls out how long should it take to get new hair back? Will all new hair start growing at the same time or in batches? Thanks!
  7. I had my procedure done a week ago exactly for receding hairline and top thinness. After a week I still see 95% of the grafts on top which is obviously MUCH shorter hair than the rest of the head. I go back to work in 4 days which is 11 days post procedure and I would like to avoid stares and questions. Can I shave the top of the head where the grafts are? The roots should be in place so shaving it should not hurt anything right??
