  1. The clinic advised to not use any concealers for 3 months which I will find very difficult.
  2. I used Couvre topped up with Toppik pre surgery so which of these two do you recommend to avoid for the time being?
  3. Yes that could be the only positive thing but the long wait for results is killing me especially as I did not prepare for this outcome.
  4. The technician that shaved it either forgot I was retaining my hair or there was a breakdown in communication. There's nothing anyone can do now so I just have to live with it. The whole purpose of going for the FUT instead of the FUE was to have it done unshaven. It sucks.
  5. Hi I'm on day 5 from approx 3500 FUT grafts which has left me looking like a Klingon with hairs on the sides, back and top back. Unfortunately the frontal half was shaved by the clinic by mistake despite requesting to keep my hair ( NW3) so I'm now left with having to face the world unprepared. The worst part is having to go back to work and explaining what has happened to my head as I heavily used concealers before to create an almost full head of hair. There is no medication in this world that would grow back my native frontal hair within 2 weeks. I am now depressingly having to accept that people will notice that I had a hair transplant. I could buzz all over to balance the head but since its a FUT, I have a long suture at the back which isn't due out until after 10 days. Any assistance on how I can style my head without making it look absurd will help. Thanks
  6. I have considered Reddy but i heard he only does FUE. Farjo i have heard mixed reviews
  7. I am considering have my 2nd HT done soon after having a FUT many years ago. Looking for around 3000 grafts. I dont want to have a FUE due to keeping the HT discreet. I want to restore my hairline and I have seen impressive results with Bisanga in Belgium but due to family issues, I would like to travel to a clinic near where I live in London. I have heard Edward Ball at Ziering Medical in London has a good reputation with FUT but i'm not sure if his hairlines are good. The pics from his reviewers do not show any close up pics of many hairlines which is a worry. I'm sure most of you will scream at me to avoid Uk clinics but my current situation means i need to be closer to home. In an ideal world I would go with Bisanga without hesitation as his dense hairlines is what i want. Also, with a FUT, is there somewhere I can go to for the removal of the sutures as I do not want to visit my GP. Thanks
  8. Thanks. Considering I already had a FUT, would a 2nd FUT be a better option than a FUE?
  9. Im in my 40s and had my first FUT nearly 20 years ago when I wanted to save my disappearing hairline. I now want to have a FUE to restore my hairline as the surrounding hairs have almost gone and i'm left with a high hairline with the original transplanted hairs. I live in the UK and I am considering going to Belgium for a FUE but I really do not want to shave any of my frontal recipient hair as I do not want anyone to know I had a HT. With the original FUT I had in the past, I returned to work a few days later without anyone noticing anything so I wish the same with the next FUE. Any recommendations of surgeons in Belgium that would perform FUE without shaving? I have a scar from the FUT so shaving will expose this. Thanks
