You had it three time and all three times it went away after 3 months. Howcome, mine is still going its been almost 8 months still on losing hair. I am not too concered about hair loss but still it would be good to have hair. Now I know I took them for granted LOL! Hopefully I recover Still got my hopes -

I am male 21. Recently, I went on a crash diet. I went on a crash diet on Decemeber I started to lose alot of hair in Jan went to doctor on Jan 26 and found out I have folic acid low. Now its march 2nd I am still losing hair. What is the process how long will this last it says 3 months. Even though the hair loss slowed down a little. Still I lost alot of hair in just 2 months from Jan - feb. So the shedding is 3 months or shedding is 3 months after the cause is fixed? Also it takes another 3 months for hair to regrow or just a month after the shedding stops?
