Looks good keep it up

I had over 3200 fue grafts done and went back to work in a week and a half wearing a hat. If you can't wear a hat, I agree with Htsoon's recommendation to get a buzz cut before the procedure and go to work for a while with a buzz cut before your surgery. I have very fair skin, and both donor and recipient were still red at 3 weeks.

There are a couple of good surgeons for HT using body hair in India. One is Dr Bhatti. There is a member on here by the name of harin. He had an amazing HT done in India by another doc. Search for his thread.

Amazing result! I'm almost 11 months post op from a HT from Dr Diep as well. I only started to grow my hair out less than 2 months ago though.
-
I didn't tell them anything either. I just took a week and a half vacation. I should have taken a full 2 weeks though. I returned to work wearing a hat. I had a black eye tho left from swelling around one of my eyes. It went away after 2 weeks. I had over 3200 grafts fue.

Awesome result! Can't wait until you post more results of tricopigmentation thickening.

Looks nice! Congrats!

These two photos were taken two years apart, top photo was taken today, bottom photo was taken April 2014 both photos were taken in the same room under the same light and I tried my best to do the same angle.
To be honest, the changes haven't been mind blowing, but the best thing is that it hasn't gotten any worse, and there's some areas that have some hairs where there weren't any hairs two years ago, overall it looks the same though, which is definitely a good thing, because previous to switching to lipogaine my hair was looking progressively worse every year. I just had an in person consult with Dr. Gabel, he checked my whole head for miniaturization and he actually thought I had some grafts put in my crown which I haven't, I attribute that to the lipogaine.
Looks good

I've been on finasteride and rogaine foam for over 2 years. My hairloss has stabilized and I even have a lil regrowth. I've heard from a few ppl that Lipogaine is better. I switched to Lipogaine a few days ago. I'm applying it to my crown area 2x a day, as well as using their big 3 shampoo every third day. Anybody else have any feedback about Lipogaine ? I will keep you guys updated on my progress

I had my hairline done by Dr Diep. I recommend him.

The second picture looks like it was taken closer than the first but the hair does look thicker.
In person check is the best especially as the cost of these products can add up to a lot.
Has anyone had any miracles while using Monoxidil 5% ?
No it's not a miracle drug, but it does help. I've been using it over 2 years along with finasteride and have experienced some regrowth. Every hair helps lol.
-
I have also been using Finasteride for a while now and my doctor just a while back told me about Minoxidil. I'm sorry that I cannot answer your question but I would like to ask you: have you seen some improvements with Minoxidil? thank you
Yes I have experienced some regrowth in my crown area. I've been using rogaine foam. I recently ordered some lipogaine and will try it instead of rogaine. Some ppl have reported better results with it.

I've been using finasteride and minoxidil for over 2 years now. I apply minoxidil to my crown. I had a HT last year for my hairline and midscalp. How many of you have used minoxidil after a HT ? Do you guys apply it all over your head including recipient and donor areas? Has it helped ?
-
HTsoon, do you use lipogaine on your entire scalp? I've been using rogaine foam on my crown only, but just ordered Lipogaine and have been thinking about using it all over.
-
Did you experience alotta shedding when you first started and how long did it last for?
No I didn't. But I kept my hair buzzed with no guard at the time. If there was any shedding, I didn't notice.
-
I use it on my crown only. I've been on it for over 2 years, along with finasteride. It has stabilized my hair loss and I've experienced some regrowth in the crown.

Most all medical establishments accept care credit

The grafts are already healed into your head. Jump in the shower, and soak the top of your head for 20 minutes. Lather with shampoo, and rub off the scabs.

Looking good!

Looks great so far. I'm a fellow Diep patient.

I was in similar situation and got my hair and confidence restored. Now.... regarding what my hair is gonna look long term?, I don't know, probably not much different than at say 6 months from now.
Just to show what can be done with limited donor hairs like mine using combo scalp and beard hair I attach my before and approximately few days less than 4 months picture. Crown has almost similar density as in mid scalp. I am happy even if growth stops here. I can see existing hairs thickening and more finer hairs still growing.
Rashid35's donor is definetly not worse than mine!.....think about it!.
picture 1 = back donor
picture 2 = top
picture 3= front and top at nearly 4 months after HT under Dr. Arika Bansal.
Looks awesome so far! If worse comes to worse you could always use concealer!

-
You can use it all over your scalp. You'll have to put it wherever you want results.

Growth looks amazing. Are you using any meds or supplements ?

The first few days after surgery I wore a surgical hat. The clinic gave me a bunch of them.
