  1. Thanks, I honestly didn't notice the change until I went and looked back at the pictures, since I have to see myself every day. The doctor said my donor area was very good. One thought I have as to why it's growing in faster might be due to the sides of my hair and the back always grow out much faster than the top ever would.
  2. Hey All, OP here. Figured I would post some updated pictures. I would be around 4.5 months out. Let me know what you think. I used the same camera and same lighting for both pictures, as best I could
  3. Hey all, I had 2,000 grafts about 2.5 months ago from a board recommended surgeon. Some days it is significantly more red/pink than other days (it is fairly red in this pic as I had just gotten out of the shower). I am wondering if this redness is normal and if there is pock marks/disfiguring starting to appear in the scarring of my recipient area. I can never tell if that is what I'm looking at or if I am being my own biggest critic. Also any tips to minimize their appearance would be appreciated. Thanks!
  4. I'm 2 months out and my donor and recipient sites sometimes get itchy, but I have to stop myself from clawing at them and being smart. If you're at home and its super itchy, toss an ice pack on it.
