You may have a point since the area where I have them had the most scabs. The scabs are no longer there though

I recently had my second hair transplant. This was an FUE transplant. I am in day 12 and I notice whiteheads in the transplanted area where the follicles were transplanted in. They do not hurt and are not sensitive to the touch. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Has anyone ever used Nutrafol with any success?

What about the transplanted hairs?

I currently use minoxidil but thinking of stopping. Can anyone share experience and suggestions?

On a different topic would you know  are Hairs that suffer shock loss after FUT prior transplanted hair or native hair and will those hairs grow back?

You can search for it online and eBay has it as well. I use the topical finasteride/minoxidil combo myself

What would you consider to be a safe dose of oral minoxidil?? Have you noticed any side effects?

The best shampoo and conditioner in my opinion is scientific essentials. The conditioner is the best it does not weigh down the hair and it actually makes my hair appear thicker

I have been using topical Minoxidil for 2 years. If I stop using it will my transplanted hairs fall out permanently? The only positive I see is that my hair appears thicker but I still continue to lose native hairs

Thanks for the information. I use topical regains and quite frankly do not see any difference in hair shedding the only thing I notice is my hair appears to be thicker

Do you think I should start with 1.25mg first?

Thanks for your reply. I went to a well known hair surgeon so I would hope he harvested the hairs from the permanent zone.

I wonder if its because i use topical rogaine and am temporarily shedding transplanted hair. Have you had any experience in this area?

Impressive result, did you work on him Dr. B? Also, did he have previous procedures, it looks like he has scattered native terminal hair, if this is his actual balding pattern it is definitely not the norm some what of a Zidanesque type pattern.

That was my balding pattern and I have never had any transplants in the past. I guess I was fortunate that I had that widows peak.

The other 2 doctors were Dr. Bernstein and Bosley. A friend of mine who went to Bosley had a great experience with a doctor from Bosley but I am not sure of his name.

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Feller and Dr. Bloxham. After many years of wanting to get a hair transplant I decided to go for it. I did extensive research and went on several consultations and decided on Dr. Feller. I had my procedure in July. I can not say enough about him and his team. From the consult to the day of the procedure and followup all I can say is WOW. I felt like they were in the chair with me. The knowledge, passion, professionalism and concern for their patients is outstanding. Although I am not a Dr. I am a professional and realize that knowledge and service is what sets one apart from the rest.

I had an FUT approximately 2500 grafts

He quarterbacked and supervised the entire process. He removed the strip, he also made the incisions which the grafts were placed in by his highly skilled and experienced staff.

I know the grafts were soaked in a liquid but I am not sure what it was

I was his only operation of the day

My recommendation would be Dr. Feller. I had a HT done in July with a great experience all around. I had consulted with other docs and not only is Dr. Feller one of the best he was 25% cheaper than the other 2 that I consulted with.

And when Dr Bloxham says "you can call me anytime" he means it. I have text him on weekends and all different hours of the night. Always responded.

I highly recommend them to anyone. I will be passing by the office in a few weeks to have them check on my progress.
