    Ok s I got a HT about 3 years ago. Post op I was very careful and didn't do anything to risk the results. About 6 months to a year and a half my results we're great! Now 3 years later I notice a lot of the transplanted hair thinning and I'm wondering if it maybe it's because of certain things that can harm your HT. So I want to know some of the things that can negatively effect a HT post op. Smoking, drinking coffee or alcohol, excessive sweating, eating certain foods, too much sun? What are some things to avoid to maintain HT, and maybe what are some things that can help?
