Hey thanks for the response. You think nothing is happening then? I'n not sure if its because I'm worried or not because I've never noticed my crown but i am a little bit scared of the front because i think its getting thin i can see like little hairs and then alot more hairs behind could that be thinning?

Here are some pictures, I have a double crown not sure if that means anything but it feels quite bald to me idk if im just paranoid or what. Also I haven't washed my hair in about 2-3 days. My scalp here doesn't look as bad in the mirror this picture makes me worried Here my hairline shows because I got it shaved at hairdressers

Please help me. I'm not sure if I'm losing my hair but I've always had really thick hair and people and hairdressers have always said wow your hair is amazingly thick its incredible but recently my mum said your gonna be bald just like your dad for a joke and it really got to me and ever since I've been noticing my hair falling out. This was maybe two-three weeks ago. I'm 19 and since yesterday I went to bed and my scalp was itching very badly so I spent most of the night itching my head then woke up to see hairs on my pillow and I can pull out like 100 hairs in the space of a minute if I try (not pull out with force just a gentle pull) and I can see my crown a little bit. Now I can just pull my hair out so easily like a slight touch and a few hairs will come out like 1-6 hairs every time. Idk what to do my dad is the only bald person in my family and he went bald in his mid 30s his parents werent bald my mums four brothers arent bald and her dad isnt bald either. Also I don't think my hair line has receded at all and the top of my head is really itchy and is hurting. I'm really scared and need help asap before this becomes a problem. Added pics below
