    Thanks guys, had the sutures out yesterday and they tell my I am healing quicker than normal. My surgeon is ok with me skiing and back to very light exercise. I agree that a fall could be bad for the suture sight, but it would be hard to miss the annual fellows ski trip. This is yr 27 in a row..

    I had a 2100 fut on February 13, and I am heading for a ski trip on March 5. At 9 days, most to all of the scabs are gone and things appear to be healing well. I have followed post op instructions to the T. Any issues skiing and or wearing a helmet 3 weeks after?
