A 38 year old male presented with the history of hair loss for the past nine years had NW IV baldness. He wanted hair transplant. He was counselled for covering the frontal half of the scalp. He opted for the FUT. Around 4150 grafts were transplanted. The photos show the patient before, immediate post-op, and 1 year post-op. The patient is very pleased with the hair density and natural looking hair line result.
