  1. I'm a little over a month in. The redness has faded to a very light ting. The hair is growing surprisingly fast. At this point I'm pretty satisfied. It didn't take the 3-6 months for hair to sprout like I had originally expected. So far so good. I'll post some pics this evening.
  2. This was prescribed among other stuff 10 after the procedure. Is it for itching? Redness? I'm not sure. The only thing I notice is that it seems to make my scalp red and causes a slight burning sensation for an hour or so.
  3. Oh damn.... The paper work said use rogaine for one month after the procedure so I've been painting it twice a day.
  4. Have any of you tried the ole spray tan method to cover/blend the redness? I'm just afraid it will turn the red part darker than the rest LOL! I just need to get past the interview
  5. You can go back to work in a day or so, but if you don't have a job where you can wear a hat, be ready to explain. My recipient area was shaved for the procedure. I shaved the rest of it a couple days after to match. As you can see its mucho noticeable. I have a job interview in about 3 weeks. Hope this baby lightens up! I've been applying a topical steroid to help it fad but it's slow.
  6. It was at the Mosaic Clinic in Houston, TX with Dr Rashid. Cool guy, he called me everyday post op to check on me for 6 days (including a Sunday).
  7. Thanks! The hairline is better than when I was 25. It's healing well and the implanted hairs are growing like crazy for 9 days in. Hate that they will shed. If they grow back half as thick as they are now I'm gonna be pumped. Not a bad FUE at all for $3.30 per graft!
  8. Holy Cat Nuts Batman!! I'm wearing this spray bottle out trying to keep it wet!
  9. I was thinking 5-10 minutes of soaking in the warm water may help soften the scabs. They are rock hard. I'm on day 5.
  10. Day 4..... Looks like I been scalped! Don't have to be back at work until Tuesday and I wear a hat. Should be fine ?
  11. Well, I decided to take the plunge. I visited a few Docs in the Houston area and narrowed them down to 2. Dr Arocha and Dr Rashid. Both very filled with personality, and fun to be around. Both facilities were very nice and had a great staff. At the end of the day I decided to go with Rashid. The price difference was phenomenal. I only went with 1500 grafts. I'm on day 3 and have zero pain. I do have swelling and I've started icing. It's funny because I'm not a sweller.
