  1. 7/19/14 Initial Consultation with Dr. Parsa Mohebi

    These are the photos from my initial consultation with Dr. Parsa Mohebi on 7/19/14 in Beverly Hills. I have a detailed description of this first visit on my website. You'll see in the photos the two options he gave me for my new hairline. The higher one was his preference, but I wanted something just a tad bit lower, so he gave me a second option that he said would still look natural. I opted for the second, lower option (2,000 grafts).

  2. 7/31/14 - Day of Surgery with Dr. Parsa Mohebi

    These are the photos of the day of surgery with Dr. Mohebi at his office in Encino, CA. The day of surgery could not have gone any smoother and everything happened just as he and his office explained that it would. Positive experience from start to finish.

  4. 8/8/14 - One Week Followup

    These photos were taken 8 days after my surgery. I went ahead and opted for the full buzzcut instead of trying to salvage some sort of hairstyle out of what I had left.... :)

  5. 8/29/14 - 1 Month Followup

    These are the photos taken almost exactly 1 month after my surgery. By this point, many of the grafts had started to fall out, and quite a bit of the redness was gone. I decided to still maintain the buzzcut for a while, as the longer I let it grow, the more noticeable it was that it was still a little thinner in the front. (Back before the transplant, I could disguise it quite well with my longer hair.)

  6. 4 month update

    These photos were taken 4 months after my surgery. I stopped buzzing my hair at the 3 month mark (when the new hairs were set to start coming in) so that everything can start growing in nice and even. So far, so good.

    I do plan on stopping by Dr. Mohebi's office soon so I can get some photos taken in the exact same settings as the originals, but for now, the iPhone pics will do the job. :)

  7. Official 4.5 Month Update, Dr. Mohebi

    Here are the official photos from Dr. Mohebi's office of my 4.5 month update. I like these better as the settings, lighting, camera, etc. are all the same. Hoping to get official 6.5 month photos next week.

  8. Before and After, 5 months post surgery

    Here's a before and after, side by side photo of me from early 2013 to December of 2014, almost exactly 5 months after my surgery. Seriously so happy that I don't have to deal with the stress of fixing my hair to cover up the hairline anymore.
