Hi, anyone have any experience ordering RU from ru-solutions.com? I am asking as I placed on order a week ago and, though I have sent multiple emails, haven't received any updates about my order status. My order was not cheap and I am getting nervous. Can anyone provide any feedback? Have experience with the site? Is it reliable? thx
