  1. A week past and pulling through. Thank you Dr. Feller and Dr. BloxHam for your compassion and giving me hope for a better day and for helping many others. The office staff are awesome starting with front office Kathy who went above and beyond from expediting my procedure appointment to promptly communicating with me via phone and email. Humbled to meet Dr. BloxHam for the first time, because during 1st procedure I didn't get to see him at the clinic. I arrived at the clinic around 7:40 am took me a while to get a taxi due to snow conditions. Dr. Feller was already there and he greeted me and told me to hang around and to make myself comfortable watching T.V or use rest room. As usual feeling at ease around Dr. Feller and feeling you are truly in trusted hands. A few minutes later, Dr. BloxHam came in and I had never met greet me by name. Dr. BloxHam so kind and caring throughout the procedure he would ask me if I feel pain. Dr. Feller did procedure in the past so he can relate to my pain, but shockingly I felt that Dr. BloxHam was very much understanding to what I am going through. The hardest part is the first anesthesia needles but soon after you start to feel numbness. Thanks to all the technicians Kathy, Bella, Stephanie, Cynthia, Rosa, Lucy, and Beljinder. The staff were so caring to the point that I was afraid to express pain because they will go above and beyond, because I wanted to get over the procedure. Even if I told the technicians please keep going they won't listen. They'll rather call the doctor to administer more anesthesia this way I don't feel pain. 1st procedure about a year ago Dr. feller gave me his direct cell phone number to call him if anything anytime. This procedure Dr. BloxHam went through the post procedure care with me for the second time as previously I was informed by technician Kathy. Dr. BloxHam provided me with his direct cell phone number. Is been a week since my procedure and going through the healing process. I am glad I found the doctors and staff I trust and I can't thank them enough. I told my friends two surgeon took care of me and they are family. They misunderstood thinking that the two surgeons are literally my family, but to me they are my family.

  9. Tommy great to hear that. Lvg congratulations! The letter for post procedure care that doctor Feller gave you follow it. Your face going to swell in the fourth or fifth day after the surgery. I recommend you take rest as much as possible to allow your body to heal and recover. If you going outdoor or work be carful and wear a hat to cover from the sun. Keep the donor area don't touch it as doc Feller mentioned in a video with your hand constantly. Wash up your head daily just as its mentioned in the paper. Today Is my 13th day after the surgery I still feel sensation in the back of my head at the donor area. However, no pain at the recipient area. I am very grateful to Dr. Feller and words can't express how I feel!! Lvg stay strong and very happy for you. Congratulations to you!!!!

I am very thankful to God then to the very kind, caring and understanding Dr Feller and his team!!!!! Hair Transplant Surgery by Dr. Feller Tuesday August 19, 2014 My initials are A.M. Tuesday August 19, 2014 was the surgery day at Dr. Feller clinic in Long Island NY. He performed the procedure and oversaw the whole procedure. The technician team were amazing putting me at ease, made me feel very comfortable! And sharing stories with me. Thanks to front desk Cathy and to the technician team Cathy, Carla, and the rest. The night before I didn't get much sleep only about 3 hours I don't recommend that for any future patient. I arrived at 715am I was early and Dr. Feller came in at 730am greeted me, opened the clinic and showed me the restroom area. Dr. Feller took pictures of me at his office then we went to the surgery room with over 7 female technicians. The hardest part for me was the needle pinch from the anesthesia but soon I didn't feel nothing. However, the procedure was long so I got more needles. The female technician kept asking me if I feel any pain. I said no fearing the needle but she assured me it wont hurt. She called in Dr. Feller to put more anesthesia. After the surgery I was mentally exhausted. I am so shocked that finally I did this procedure and it means a lot to me!! I am amazed to see my head with hair. Dr. Feller gave me 7 medical bills for pain. I only used one at the first day late afternoon after the surgery. The following days I didn't need it NO PAIN just sleeping was difficult discomfort because of the donor area also because sleeping while head elevated and on my back. Wed was the 2nd day swelling not showing yet. 3 day and 4th day no pain just swelling on my forehead and side of my face. 5th and 6th day no pain just swelling but now is below my eyebrows and below my eyes especially below my right eye. The 7th day was Mon August 26 the swelling was gone. I am just feeling tightening on the lower area of the back of my head donor area no pain. Still feeling sensation behind my head today is Tuesday the 8th day after the procedure. However, as Dr. Feller mentioned in one of his videos I should calm my mind and let the healing take its course. : ) The 9 th day getting better shampooing my scalp and washing off the scabs. Today August 29, 2014 Is the 10th day post my hair transplant procedure by Dr. Feller. I am very happy and very grateful to Dr. Feller and his team. Words can't express how I feel, words can't express my gratitude to the very kind and caring Dr. Feller!!!! I cleaned my scalp very well from the scabs. However, the donor area I was afraid to rub while shampooing because of the staples! Today at Dr. Feller I met him and as usual he took pictures then I got the staples removed his medical technician Paula. Dr. Feller told me to visit his clinic in a few months about 6 months I should have lots of hair growing in the center of my head. Right now I have the transplanted hair before that I had just a few very thinning hair in the center of my head. I am so happy and I wish the transplanted hair stays hoping for miracle : ) Dr. Feller said the transplanted hair will eventually fall off and the new hair will group back in a few months!! Can't wait I am so happy, but I have to be patient like I been for many years now a few more months!!! Thank you so much Dr. Feller for making it possible!!!!
