Hi All I used this site a few years ago prior to going to Feller in NYC to have a transplant on my hairline/front 3rd in 2014. I'm now 32 and lost quite a bit further back and around the crown, to the point you can almost see where the transplant ends, so looking at second procedure. I went to Feller originally as I was going to be in NYC anyway and heard good things, and am really pleased with the result but I'm based in the UK so looking to stay in Europe this time round. Pics are attached, does anyone have any recommendations for who would be good for this sort of thing?

Hi All I'm booked in to have my first HT in two weeks in the States, living in the UK I'll be spending a couple of days there post-op before returning. I'm going to buy a few bits and pieces for the post op period to take with me. Other than a travel pillow for sleeping upright and I think I'll get some sleeping pills (I'm rubbish at sleeping upright) and pain killers is there anything else I should be getting that is useful? Any vitamins/drugs that help with the swelling or recovery? Also, how long should I leave it before going back onto Fin & Minoxidil? Cheers Andy

Hi All My first post here, be gentle! I'm going to have my first transplant (FUT) in about a month and am now starting to think about recovery times etc. I play a lot of rugby and do a bit of boxing and am wondering how long I'm going to be out the game for. Obviously there are different intensities to exercise so I just wondered if the below looks sensible? Light jog/run- fine after 4 weeks High intensity, non-contact work like weights or conditioning/circuits- 3 months Sparring/full contact rugby- 6 months Does that sound ok, especially considering the scar, or is getting punched in the face likely to do me some damage (other than the obvious) after only 6 months? Should I perhaps accept I'll be out of rugby for this season and go back next summer? Cheers Andy
