    Thanks for the replies. I just got hair cut yesterday and all these pictures are taken today. when hair grows on sides it is quite thick, at least thicker than top scalp. I'm planning to see the Hair transplant surgeon to see what he suggests.

    Hello, Recently I join this forum to get some insights on my hair loss issue. I have been loosing hair since 10 years or so and finally have decided to do something about it. I have tried Herbal oil theraphy but didn't see any significant results. So I'm thinking about to going for Hair Transplant surgery. I have attached some pictures so you guys can get some ideas. By looking at pictures how many approx. grafts would i need to cover my head? Any advice, suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
