  1. I am a 30 year old male from Massachusetts. I have been researching on these forums for several years now but the overload of info has me confused again. I would love some current opinions from those who are knowledgeable. I had FUT HT from Dr Cohen in Connecticut back in 2009 to front hairline and was never super happy with the results. The strip scar was noticeable for a few years and finally now is healed up pretty nicely but my hair was never really full or looking great. I a wondering your opinions for me for FUE vs FUT for my situation (see attached pics). I would like to go aggressive and get my hair looking great again like it did 10 years ago!!! I am thinking front of my head and crown would need work. I am OK with the hairline but would like it to be fuller. I am not concerned with shaving donor area if it absolutely had to be done and would yield a better result. If money was not an object and I was willing to travel anywhere who would you recommend and what type of surgery (FUE vs FUT).
