  1. So is it safe to assume that, as a great surgeon stated on this platform, techs doing most of the operations and Doctor supervision, is the golden standard nowadays. I agree that great clinics are made by great teams lead by great surgeons.

Just to make a couple of names, clinics like Feriduni or Asmed are renowned to show on their website photos or details of the line up, so that the patients have a clear picture.

What should be questionable is the fact that often many teams are assembled with random techs or newbie, so makes no sense to pay for a great name, while being actually handled by mr o mrs X.

    Just my two cents

  2. Of course he's accepting foreigners patients. His fees are more or less the same as other surgeons. But as hairweare said he's not doing all the extraction by himself. An aspect that could lead to other kind of considerations, not only for what concerns the prices.

Another aspect often ignored, is Dra Vila. She's nice, cute and most important as skilled as Lorenzo. :)

and i know my english is barbaric...

  3. To be honest, with FUE even if it's over consecutive days I still think it's best not to exceed 3000 grafts by too much. Dr Lorenzo is very ethical and will probably explain this to you. Some of the Turkish clinics may do 5000 in 2 days for you but then because of the amount of trauma, and judging by a lot of the results they have posted here, it can affect the growth.

If you want say 5-6000 grafts in one procedure, you could look into FUT with Hasson and Wong.

    Good luck

He did 3800 recently. Still ethical i hope.

  4. Thank you for the information you provided, You replied me all.

And, you are one of Lorenzo's patients now, and I respect that. You are not a cherleader (this is not my word.)

Hope you will change your mind and open a thread from the beginning and telling your full experience with Lorenzo. This will be more sincere and genuine than posting results pictures after the result is evident.

I wish you the best result and very good growing sincerely.

I don't even know you, and honestly i don't give a shit, so don't you dare to teach me lesson about genuine and sincere referring to me. I post whatever i want. Picture speaks the truth themselves, words are tools to mislead people.

From now on we avoid each other.

    Passo e chiudo!

  5. After seeing your postoperative pictures, I do understand why you are not comfortable to start a new thread for yourself. How many grafts was that, and where is your preoperative pictures.

I bet KO will not be comfortable also and will not open his thread after Lorenzo. We all need to endure him until than his operation and disappear.

Lateatnight; you have seen Lorenzo, is this guy, in the middle part of the video who is pushing the pen is Lorenzo? or one of his students?

    Be more specific!!!

I'm not opening a thread for reasons that have nothing to do with the results.

A little too early to jump to conclusions after few days postoperative.

I had 3600 grafts implanted. Lorenzo is the guy that pushes the pen in the video. No one else except Vila is allowed to do implants with the pen.

Don' t know about the issue you're having with KO and the other Lorenzo cheerleaders or whatever you are doing on here, but don't speculate on my surgery to your advantage. My prep pics are somewhere in my hard drive.

    Regards

  6. Thanks for the reply BUSA. I have had transplants before in the early 90's (luckily mine are pretty decent compared to a lot of what I have seen from that era) and my hairline is "set". It needs softened up some but I like the placement. It was Lorenzo's youtube channel videos that caught my attention where he seemed to have regular successes with high NW's. His crown work seems really good also. His yield was one of the things I though was impressive (?), but I have just started looking. I know he is expensive but am willing to pay for a good result (within reason, I hear Feller is good but just too expensive for me).

What other doctors would you suggest for FUE?

Feriduni, as expensive as Lorenzo, or Erdogan, Top quality and good prices.

  7. Never seen a negative result or anyone ever complain about him, he's probably the best in the world so reviews for him will be overwhelmingly positive, and he's actually not that more expensive than Feriduni or Bisanga, and I think probably cheaper than some docs in the US.

Actually cheaper than Feriduni, and more expensive than Bisanga.

  8. Lorenzo uses manual, and when he was in Manchester, Dr Ximena Vila did the operations in Madrid. I believe they may even work on the same patients.

Yes, they have two team that work on the same patient. They alternate to avoid fatigue, i guess.

Initially, i thought that they both were in England, and that Madrid was just for consultations, then i've learned as you said.

  9. Agree, but Lorenzo's, Feriduni's, Erdoğan's, (and many others including the beginners of FUE) nurses use motorized extraction devices. Never any doctor involves in that part of FUE. Doesn't they produce solid results either?

Same equipment, almost the same technique, considering extraction process performed by skilled hands, regardles by doctor or by technician, manual FUE seems to be a good way of marketing and more profitable business.

    Does this make sense?

Don't know Feriduni, but Lorenzo and Erdogan do exclusively pure manual FUE.
