I don't use creatine, but do use whey. I don't think whey will seriously affect your hair loss. If you're not a weight lifter, don't even bother with whey, get natural protein from lean meats.
I've also been weight lifting for several years now. Definitely hair loss, but I don't think it really accelerated the rate of it. Like OtherSyde said, just pump all the iron you want and make some gainz.
