    Hi Mate.

Been using this every day now. hair seems great, and my dandruff is gone? Who'd have thought?

I am flying to Turkey Monday, for an operation with Dr Bicer Tuesday.

The shampoo was bought for this reason. I can't say if my hair is fuller as i keep it shaved to a 1 most of the time, but my scalp is 10x better and i've sufferd with that for a long time. Head and shoulders was my  normal shampoo.

For me this 360 seems great. It's pricey at £22 but i've been on it weeks now and loads left. Small amount to wash which i leave on, then another small amount to fully wash. I reached out to the maker on insta and she gave me excellent advice and no hard sell.

That's great mate.. good result in the shampoo front...

And best of luck with your procedure... Fingers crossed all goes well for you!

7 months and 10 days post op, you can check out my thread for progress. Only started using product after the 6th month and very sparingly. I got regular buzzcuts up to Month 3 to reduce overall 'ugly duckling' effect and have been letting the recipient area grow ever since.

Checked out your thread.. coming along nicely bud...

I'm using their Lightwork light clay to just kinda pat down the corners of my hair. I have this terribly spiky Korean-style hair, where it just grows at 90 degree angles out of my head and really needs length for it to properly 'sit down' and look normal. So until it grows out enough, I just use it to pat down the unruly side hair. Really great for that. Once longer, I intend to use it to slick back the future undercut.

Really light texture, does not feel like there is product in the hair at all. I was quite skeptical but the product really won me over.

Nice one... Thanks mate. Will give it a shot. I was using the powder pre HT.... And really liked it.

Thinjng about using their sea salt spray and then the clay once I can...

I'm 2 months more or less post....

How long has it been for you

Just an update on the Shampoo.

I am still pained to pay so much for a bottle of shampoo and i was very skeptical.

Having used it now over a week i can report it seems quite a decent product. I suffer from dandruff and some itchy scalp. Normally I just use head and shoulders.

I reached out to the owner on Instagram, and she advised to use the shampoo as normal, then another small amount (so use it twice basically).

To my amazement my scalp is itchy free and when i rub it tons of skin isn't flaking out.

Be aware though that this shampoo is not advertised as anything to do with itchy scalp and flakes.

    So far, so good!

Hey mate... Just wanted to check how u are getting on with this shampoo... Any difference or shedding etc?

    Yep, what Archan said.

After six months I started using some Slick Gorilla hair styling powder and their Lightwork clay, both really good.

Also, you can pretty much stop worrying about the transplanted hair at this point, treat as you would your normal hair and let nature take its course!

How do u find slick gorilla clay... Thinking about using this once my hair grows out abit more post transplant....

Is it quite greasy and clumps your hair together? I have naturally fine hair anyway and am looking for something to add more texture and illusion of density...

Is this what you are using it for?

She promotes via most platforms tbh. I sent her a question via her insta business account. She replied quite swiftly.

I am awaiting delivery. I will start using it now, ready for my op in mid april. I only bought the £22 shampoo tbh.

Nice one... I'll check it out.

All the best for your procedure.

And please let us know how you get on with the shampoo once you get it...

The woman who owns it does lots on ticktock. I've just bought a bottle myself.

All the money i am about to spend via Dr Bicer means that £22 is nothing really esp when the ingredients are not as harsh as normal shampoo.

You had me till you said tiktok... Jokes!

Have you started using it yet or still waiting on a delivery? Also did you get the conditioner or any other gear.

When are you scheduled for your procedure?

Let us know how your hair feels after a wash mate... I've used some stuff before which just left my hair very dry and straw like!

Currently 18 days post op and using Dove shampoo as advised by my doc

    Be interesting to know.

I have been looking at the 360 OPTIMUM HAIR SHAMPOO (google it). £22 for a bottle though.

Thanks mate... Does seem on the pricey side... But after dropping cash on those grafts, might be a good investment?

I've not heard of this brand before though... Seems to be decent based on reviews... Be good to hear back from anyone on here if they've got experience with it.

  9. has anyone tried or moved on to taking 20 000mcg?

is there any benefit or will it not make a difference?

    or can it be harmful/overdose.

i'm currently taking 10 000mcg but am thinking about moving on to 2 a day permanently... ive had my fue a year ago and just wondering if this will make any difference.

    thanks!

  10. hi guys...

ive been using alpecin tuning shampoo and alpecin liquid once daily.

i am about 5 months post op now...

i should have maybe asked this earlier...

is it ok to keep using this daily or is this maybe too harsh.. should i be using it less or maybe stop altogether?

    thanks!

  11. Hi Guys,

I'm about 4 and a half months out from my surgery.

I had 2612 grafts in the mid scalp and crown areas.

I can see the mid scalp starting to fill up and is looking good (according to me).

However, the crown region still looks abit sparse...

Does the crown area take any longer in terms of growth / filling up??

Or is it likely to remain this way now?

    Thanks!!

  12. thanks for the replies guys.

i have also checked with my doc and he said the same about it being good to go but thought i would get some advice from here too.

my donor has healed well, no complications...

also, i will be swimming in an indoor pool so sunlight wont be an issue... i've also had minimal redness in the donor area area and recipient areas anyway, Indian decent so fairly dark skinned so its not noticeable.

i was more concerned about whether swimming in a pool would have any impact on the recipient area in terms of growth etc...

but seems i'm good to go.

    thanks again!

  13. Fueman - how hands on was Dr Doganay during the op, did he implant all the grafts himself, or did the techs do it ?

    Hi FUE2014...

I had my HT just after FUEMAN.... mine was done 09 Feb 14 with Dr. Hakan.

I dont have my own thread but have been following this one cause i've been going through pretty much the same as FUEMAN, recovery wise.

Anyway, he drew the hairline etc.. then the techs shave you down and begin the extractions etc.. he was there for this as well as Dr. Ayan.

When all the extractions are done... they knock you out with gas.

He was in the room just before i passed out and was there when i woke up...

When i had any correspondence with the clinic i was told the techs would do the extractions (which they did)... then i was told that he does the incisions and placement etc...

will have to take their word for it... but as he was there when i got knocked out and when i came too... i'm gonna say he did it... plus they are very a professional outfit! he has a pretty solid rep on here and another forum as well... which i doubt he will want to ruin... well i hope not anyway!!

  14. If you knocked a graft out it would bleed such that the blood would run over your scalp freely, rather like a sharp cut to a finger. It would take a couple of minutes with a swab to stem this blood flow. After 25-days the grafts are deeply implanted and would need a deep, sharp blow to loosen them.

From what you have written it sounds trivial, a few spots of blood is certainly nothing to worry about.

    cool... thanks mate!

probably just a pimple or scab or something minor then... there wasn't much blood at all and was able to stop it with just a few dabs of a cotton-wool swab.

still shedding loads though... a little heartbreaking seeing it all fall away!!

hopefully they will be back soon!!

    hope you are progressing well!
