I dont know how you define greasy but it wasn't for me. I think if there is any difference between the foam and liquid its mostly placebo. I buy the 10% liquid here without a prescription http://www.emedoutlet.net/ and it worked just as good as the foam for me.

Propecia worked great for me. There is a reason why people risk side effects or going to doctor to obtain it cause it works. I think the problem is people aren't buying a generic from a good online pharmacy.
