  1. Hi Everyone, I had a FUE procedure from a top clinic 23 days ago. From day 15 until now, I had to be outside for up to 6 or 7 hours. Needless to say, I wore a hat which didn't touch the grafted area. However, it's been extremely hot in the DC metro area, and my head would get very hot under the hat. I know sun exposure is bad, but what about this type of heat? Is it any harm to the grafts? I'm a little worried. I took a shower and washed as instructed afterwards. Thanks for this great resource
  2. Hi guys, Thank you all for the information here. I recently had 1,505 FUE from a reputable clinic. 12.5 days post op I scratched the recipient area during my sleep. There was no blood, but I'm afraid the itching was quite forceful, and many crusts and hairs came off. Some hairs were attached to crusts while others seemed to be just single hairs. My post instructions clearly tell me not to touch the recipient area for 14 days. How much damage did I cause? Please, any answers would be really appreciated, it was expensive and I would like to find out the truth. Thank you
