where i live, the time difference etc it makes it difficult to call India.

I'm glad i had my procedure with Dr Radha and would highly recommend anyone to her. If and when i need more i will be going back, i'll just not spend a week there after surgery this time,

I see Dr Radha comes on this site and checks in and i appreciate the hours she works and the lack of free time she probably has. I have emailed her again last week as per instructions she gave me on a post in this thread and as of yet have still not heard back. I am now 7 months post op.

had mine done about 6 months ago now with Dr Radha. initial contact was slowish. took a week to return my initial mail. after that things were fine. My only slight disappointment was after the procedure i mailed asking a few questions and requested some of the photos that were taken on the day and i never heard back, i tried a few times and gave up in the end. Left a slight sour taste but not enough to put me off having future procedures with her,

Torip, the site you recommended requires prescription, do you know of sites that don't require a script?

ok that makes me feel a little better about buying generic, i'm based in Australia so walmart isn't an option for me (i wish it was!!) i'm also a little hesitant to purchase from the Indian pharmancy websites and was hoping someone could tell me of generic brands that have worked for them and from where. i know everyone's different and react differently to each brand

was hoping people could share where they purchase their Proscar 5mg from. i am looking for genuine Proscar and not generic. i know they say as long as it contains the the correct amount of finasteride generic will be ok but i'd rather pay the little bit extra and get the genuine stuff. Any place that sells genuine with no prescription?

i've read a few posts about chopping 5mg Proscar into 5 to get your 1mg Fin dosage to save money. Is is proven that the active ingredient is mixed with the fillers evenly, so that 5 cuts=1mg of fin in each cut..hope you know what i mean..

Yeah I came across this website by accident and glad I did. I was already to pay over $14000 in melbourne as there was no other option. I like you never considered overseas until I saw the recommended list. I see no Australian surgeries are recommended. Not to say they are not up to scratch but if I can get a just as good job and by the sound much better for a lower price then count me in. I can honestly say up to now Dr Radha has been very informative and non pressuring whilst the melbourne clinic in Australia seemed more of a sales pitch than helpful concerning doctor. I know it's business at the end of the day but feel I've made the right choice already without going.

yeah i hear you. i suppose if the Doc feels a better job is possible buzzing it down then who am i to argue. thanks for all the replys

cool thanks for the reply, is a kinda relief as don't feel like looking like a monk for 6-8 weeks after. i hear what you say though if the Dr feels it;s better i do then maybe i'll buzz it all off.

can anyone tell me if prior to having an FUT procedure if the receiving area is shaved?

hi all.

long time reader 1st time poster. i have decided to take the plunge and have FUT with Dr Radha. looking at about 2-2500 grafts to fill in the temples and 1000 on my crown i'm not due untol October but can honestly say i wish it was next week as i'm pretty excited about it all. Can anyone recommend places to stay, things to do in Visak. i'll be there for a week so will have a lot of time to kill. I'll create a blog and upload pics for everyone closer the time and report on my whole ordeal!
