thanks for the reply guys, for now yes money is a concern as me being a CMA ( cost and management accountant ) student but in near future i believe ,i will be doing quite good ,and about " finasteride (e.g. Finpecia)" i can easily afford it now but for that i do need prescription right ? actually my hair line has shattered my confidence so i was hoping to get 1200-1500 grafts done now and next major HT with about 2000+ grafts after 1 -1.5yrs btw i m currently using Minoxil 5g foam and nizoral

thinking of getting my 1st HT done by "Dr tejinder bhatti" but i m really on tight budget and can only afford 100000-120000 rs ( Indian rupees ) as for now ,will 1200+ grafts cover some of my bald areas ?

i think hair does trend to fall less after trimming .like after 1 month from trimming i only lose about 5-10 hairs while shampoo but after 3 months lose hair like crazy sometimes more than 50-60 per shampoo . in addition to that i can see/feel new hairs within 30-40 days of trimming but things change after 70-75 days it has been like this since past 5-6yrs. -

i have been in a strange situation from past 5-6 years have to shave or trim( 0 size) every 3 months to stop hair loss . usually after every shave my hair grows thick ,black,healthy for only 2.5-3 month but after that all of sudden i see huge hair loss ,thinning and graying .i m repeating this seen 2007 any solutions ? i have just trimmed my hair 1-2hrs ago and for the 1st time in my life srted using TUGAIN (Minoxidil 5%, 1st day today) and i think getting 1200-1400 FUE grafts done by Dr T Bhatti would be of no use if it continues like this. Sorry For My Bad English
