  1. Update: 3 months and 13 days All the tiny, wispy hairs have grown out to somewhat thicker darker hairs. All varying from 0,5 cm to 1cm in length. my native hair is about 3,5 cm in length, and thicker than the transplanted follicles. So you can still obviously see the difference. Guess I should be in the "growing phase" now.
  2. 2 months exactly. Nothing new to report. Have a lot of white whispy hairs on the transplanted area. Still don't know if it are the grafts growing back, or my native hair ... (I actually can't see how it is possible that my native hair is growing back, bc my temples were almost blank before Ht... )
  3. Hey Gillenator, Thanks for clearing things up for me. You could easily be right concerning the thin and wispy hairs. Maybe it is just the native hair slowly growing back.
  4. Hey guys ! 10 days to go and I'll be exactly 2 months post-op. Hairs are starting to grow well I think.. A lot of hairs have grown out to let's say a quarter of an inch, but they are all thin wispy, and white ! (when I look in the mirror I can't see them, but I definitely can feel them.) Is it normal for these hairs to grow out this long and still be white and see through ?
  5. Yes exactly ! And it are like +- 100 grafts that are like this. So, i'd really like to know if they are just resting and will start to grow over a period of time. or if they are just dead ? Thanks !
  6. Well, don't know for sure if it is lifeless hair, but it are the grafts that were transplanted and which did not shed. And since it has been 1,5 months post FUE, I am guessing those hairs are not going to shed? They are just sitting there, and have not grown since they were transplanted.
  7. Hi Guys! It's been 1,5 months since I had my temples filled up. I am 28 years old, and was receding in a slow but steady manner. At the moment I am in the area of a NW 2 - 2,5 I am using Avodart 3- times a week, and it's working like a charm. I have two questions regarding my FUE, and would really appreciate if someone could help me with them: after the 1 month mark almost 80% of my grafts shed. ((Fyi. my temples were blank before treatment) Although almost all of the grafts shed, i am already feeling tiny hairs all over the recipient area ... Surely this can't already be regrowth of the transplanted grafts ??? The grafts that did not shed, did not grow longer over this period of time... They seem stuck or something? they just sit there lifelessly. Does anyone know what is wrong ? Thanks in advance guys !!! Grz.
