Hi, intresting story. ive also been thinking of Dr Marwan Saifi. ive been researching lots of different surgons in the UK but the price put me off. Ive read lots of good reviews about him and havent really heard of anything negative which sounds promising. how many grafts did you have? do you use any medication? cheers
