You might be right about pictures are not clear enough however please don't be skepticism for Dr. Doganay's patient. I have his an other picture he is not good at with pictures but generally he is happy with his result my friend all depends expectations some of us have excessive expectations, some of have conservative expectations.

By the way he had been informed that he has very thin hairs and he was asking to have non-shaved operation therefore we could only extracted around 1770 grafts which was below the total required grafts that he needs As you can see he used to have bold patch just below the crow area ???

Please find attached my 10 month post op pictures with the pre op pics to compare.

 

Im very please with the results so far, obviously the crown takes longer to fully regrow and thicken up and I wont see the final results untill 18 months post op which will be July 2016. But so far so good and Im very happy

 

Dr Hakan and the team have been in constant support and provided reassurance every step of the way. January (when I ahd the operation) seems a long way off now and I remember thinking how good I would feel if the operation was successful and that is the case. I now no longer feel the need to wear hats at the gym and walking the dog. My confidence has increased ten-fold. I ditched my cover up routine using Nanogen back in May and haven't looked back since.

Things are going well so far considering it has been 8 months since the procedure, but I need to go back and do the crown soon.

Dolph, Yea, it was painful, uncomfortable and grueling. Maybe because I have never undergone a surgery before but well worth it in my view. Funny, I really thought the only pain was to shell out the money and the long trip but I have never considered anything else. In short, nothing beats the pain I would get from the horse shoe look.. so, I would do it again if I have to. Redness is still on but progressively subsiding. If you have pale skin, it will linger a while.

As we mentioned since Dr. Doganay became very busy He can take only max 2 patients a day... Do you know some recommended Doctors perform 4 patients a day because they use incisions method not Choi pen technique... Do you know how long does it take to do incision if patient required 2000 grafts? What I understood that One of the best advantage of the incision method is Doctor doesn't need to place the grafts because as long as Doctor performs incision every body will be happy...

Well I would like to informed you that since Dr. being perform Hair Transplant surgery extraction was performing by head nurse implantation was only perform by himself however Dr. had been decided to trained his assistance to perform implantation with him since increased number of patient also He wasn't warm to increase price that he still want to keep the price same ( 2 euros per each grafts and 2.5 euros per each grafts for beard )

It bothered me that I remembered that I was told that Dr Doganay is doing more than 2 procedures a day in 2 locations. And other posters also remembered two locations, but Dr Doganay was denying it and stated they only have one location and he only does 1 or 2 procedures a day. So I researched.

We used to have an agreement with OFM Hospital located in KEPEZ/ANTALYA If you still remember properly you had consultation in this hospital.

After that LARA ANADOLU Hospital came with better offers to the Doctor base on their agreement we moved to ANADOLU HOSPITAL... The time you came for consultation we were still working with OFM Hospital In 1 month we moved to LARA ANADOLU HOSPITAL Now we are more comfortable with this Hospital.

I want to correct you ( avoiding to say that you are lying) but simply Doctor Hakan do 2 patient per day in One location I don't know where did you get that he doing it 2 patient in different location there should be someone in your head to letting you say this....

As you knew since doctor Hakan got famous that one of the reason you choose him therefore there are also so many agents want to work with him so I don't know what is writing there since I don't speak russian but we also agreement with some agent which is normal for making business. They send us russian patient for Dr. HAKAN and For Dr. Ayhan ?olak ( Some other former patients know that Dr. Ayhan has been working with Doctor Hakan for 4 years now he has his own Clinic you can google him.

Dr. Ozg?r he is a plastic surgeon that He is working with LARA ANADOLU Hospital He been also doing Hair Transplant... What is wrong with that I did not understand ?

As you mentioned they are working as agent so they are bringing patients to the ANADOLU Hospitals. There are 7 ANADOLU hospital in ANTALYA small details Most likely they have Russian and Germans patients.

Now does that mean that Dr Doganay is having multiple procedures in two different locations? Maybe. I admit it is not irrefutable evidence. But it would explain why Dr Doganay is using techs and disappearing during extraction. I am not stating that this is infact what is happening but on the site and on the social media sites it is stated:

I don't know what all of this means and why they said they only have one location, when Dr Doganay seems to be involved in 2 clinics and 2 locations. Maybe Dr Doganay is having multiple procedures, maybe he is not, maybe he is using techs and disappearing to just manage his other clinic. But this does not increase transparency at all.

By the way, here is a picture that you uploaded and Dr Doganay is standing on my right side, and the tech is standing on my left side. But as I said it doesn't really matter, cause I often had to switch and when I am laying on my stomach the sides change.

 

 

Anyway please answer me this question, this might interest the community as well: what kind of magnification do the techs use when they are handling, dissecting, and loading the grafts into the implanter pens. Because in the picture you uploaded it seems they aren't using anything.

Doctor performs local anesthesia while all grafts located in the fridge.

In the pictures technician waiting there for sport him such give tension to your skin to minimize pain and let needle work smoothly.

He started your right side is because he wanted to implanted as much as possible on your right side by himself...as mentioned in our website Dr Hakan do hair line by himself after that technician attempt the operation and they complete together and doc Hakan always sit left side. I hope this is clear for you.

This is barely coherent, and I don't see how it's relevant. I also find it highly offensive for a clinic representative to call a patient a liar on a public forum. I can only speak for myself, but I've pretty much had it with this clinic.

I understand that for the community and for prospective patients the most important fact is that different technicians are doing all the extraction and a major part of the incisions as well. And this leads quality issues.

 

However, for me the fact that I was not assessed and informed is just as important. After all, I could have avoided this whole situation if I were assessed properly. I understand people are getting tired of this aspect of the dispute, however it was questioned whether I tell the truth and I have to defend myself. Now Muslum and the clinic try to depict me as someone who was informed and warned not to have a HT but I insisted, and they had a bad feeling about this from the start, Let me quote his email response when I asked them on what bases did they consider me an eligible patient:

 

 

 

To sum up, this is what I got for my money:

- got "assessed" by a sales rep and by assessed I mean we looked at pictures of my dad and brother

- 100% of extraction done by nurses

- 35% of implantation done by nurses

- 65% of implantation done by Dr Doganay

 

One could argue that only the result counts, but I am still lacking on that department as well...

I don't agree that I am sales Rep.

Since I stared to work with Dr. Hakan I have been developing the service quality ( Communication, Patient expectation, Help required, Recommendation and After Care etc.) between Doctor and patient hopefully I have been already encourage some our patients to post their result and pure experience by themselves. If I had any doubts about the work done in the clinic I would never address them to come here I didn't tell them to put my name I just told them share their experience what service they got. So far they have been doing good

Thank you for clarifying. I don't think any doctor that doesn't perform 100% of the incisions himself should be recommended on this forum. Furthermore, if Dr Doganay decides to change his practice and goes back to performing all the incisions hilself, I think he should have to produce consistent high quality results over a period of time using the revised approach to get back his recommendation.

 

Bill, no disrespect to you, but I think you have failed the community by not being aware of the fact that the Dr switched his approach regarding extractions and incisions. Once doctors are recommended, you may want to consider having some sort of process in place to make it mandatory for clinics to inform you everytime they change their practices, and then the onus should fall on you to evaluate whether those changes may impact the recommendation. You shouldn't have had to rely on a forum member bringing this to light. Just my opinion, but Paalo was indeed done a huge disservice. I feel bad for other patients too that may not have been aware of this.

I disagree with you that Dr. should do all procedures but I am willing that Dr. should carry out implantation by himself. We are strongly discussing amongst ourselves. beside our report to the Bill We will also inform this issue with forum's administration

I would like to draw your attantion that most of the Doctor's has their own technicians that they do both extraction and placing grafts. And they are recommended This is a team work also we can see that there are new extraction tools discovered from some clinics but still those tools should use with experience Technician or Doctor.

We should more consider about how much experience that technician has. Can you please go and check paloe's donor again

This thread has been created to not get help this thread has been created for attacking because our patient wanted to kick out doctor from this forum I am strongly believe If he went to with another clinic He wouldn't get fully satisfy As example he is still on early stage to discuss about his result but he is trying to find out a gabs to damage Doctor's reputation with giving false information even I proved that he had been informed about his future hair loss in the patient form. I wasn't acting as seller representative I spent my 2 hours with him to informed him his hair loss cycle Doctor also corrected me during consultation.

I agree with you that we should prepare one more form about medication issue.

In the end we admitted some our bad result had been appeared from 2013-2014 undisputed We did refund for all of them at least make them a little happy.

No problem FUE2014 Dr. Made nearly 65 percent of his recipient area over two days.

Extracting performed by FATMA for paleo I have an other technician name Şerife also performing extracting.

Since Dr Hakan DOGANAY become famous extracting have been performing by experienced technicians

Two questions for you, 1) How is it remotely ethical to agree to perform a procedure on a 26 year old advancing to a high NW who does not agree to go on Fin? In fact, if you were worried about this guy and his extra low hairline that he proposed, then why didn't you just decline to perform a procedure on him at all?

2) does the doctor or technitions or both make the incision sites?

1) Can you please address me any kind of doctor will not accept this patient even he had been informed about his future hair loss to the face during consultation and the patient admitted and signed a patient from that he been informed additional procedures required in future. I told him already about my story I recommended him to wait at least 2 years more anyway He is not a kid he was aware about his case and he did all researched..

I can't push him to not do this operation also I didn't push him to do it as well...

Also I recommended him to relax and wait for full result while we having dinner in restaurant many things I told him to be optimistic about everything.

I didn't tell him he has bad donor I told him his donor is not enough for covering all his head If he going to be like his father therefore I addressed him to take medication. If you were what would you do if you informed about your case clearly..? I think he is pointing that we didn't measure his donor capacity with caliper that't is true but what about doctor's experience why he didn't send an e-mail after consultation that the way doctor did consultation was not convince him ?

2- 1st day Doctor Hakan did his local anesthetic after that he placed the single grafts on his hair line by himself and implanted nearly 65 percent .2nd day same orientation carryout because 1st day his half of head done.

Also I want to swooping explain what he had been told terms of doctor hakan accept do all implantation by himself.

By the way Stig I am still encourage people on the forum to post their experience and pictures I have been doing this since 2015 you checked them they all happy so far these are only the you guy see what if there are more than patient don't want to share.they are happy.. We also admitted that we have poor result coming from 2013-2014 we did refund for all of them.. our opinion it is not enough to do only refund we also asked them to come for free surgery as they had been bad experience they don't want to come.

On the other hand I had experience some patient wants to take advance of this refund we kindly asking them to come to the clinic for check up... or wait for one year result.

We knew there are famous clinic in turkey they using technicians for surgery ( extraction and implantation) and they are recommended some of them are more expensive.

But from this thread we learnt a lost of good thing but in the main time we also getting disappointing about some forum members just spending time on the internet and they don't respect what is going on here they just split out words without filtering .

We still want to make people happy here however we should be more professional about our work.

After long consideration I had decided to go ahead and Clarify what had been told to our patient during consultation… First off all I would like to introduce myself my name is Muslum YILMAZ I am working for Dr. Hakan DOGANAY and I am former patient of Dr. Hakan DOGANAY my position in the AHD Clinic is I am representing Dr. Hakan DOGANAY also I am in charge to coordinate all necessary steps for procedures… I don’t want to go so deep about my relation with AHD CLINIC but I would say I have too much responsibility in the AHD Clinic.

Let’s clarify what had been told to our patient during consultation this patient decide to come for a face to face consultation before his planned operation date… I met him in the OFM Hospital where we were performing Hair Transplant Operation anyway I told him to wait in the cafeteria because at that time Dr. Hakan was in another consultation I went and sit with him I order tea for him and for me after that I introduce myself I told him Dr. Hakan DOGANAY can’t speak eng and I am going to represent doctor Also I will be your translator as well. He was a little bit nervous but I was trying to make him relax before the consultation after a while we start to talk about his case He was asking questions and I was answering (As I am represent Dr. Hakan I had so much experience about doctor’s consultation) If I go for list all question that he asked I can’t finish this write up and people will get boring… Anyway I would like to talk about what he informed about his future hair loss before he met with Dr. Hakan ( he was planning to lower his hairline also mentioned in his e-mail) I asked his age he said 26 I told him I was 29 when I did my operation with doctor Hakan I gave him information about my case especially I said to him I had a good hair when I was 26 I was only lose my hair on hair line and a little bit crown ( I never even thought about Hair Transplant) in 2 years suddenly I lose too much hairs my point was to tell him you will be the same so you shouldn’t go and lower your hairline I can understand that you want to lower your hairline ( He was unhappy with his current appearance like his life change so badly) I asked him to go for only 1000 or 1300 grafts for only covering temples point… I also informed him his donor area was not strong enough for future hair loss but he was not admit maybe he wasn't believe what I told him anyway after that I asked him about his father he showed me his father’s pictures he was bold I didn’t meant he will be like him but I meant he might be like him soon therefore I told him have medication especially he should take finasteride…. He wasn't still admitted his case and he didn’t want to take medication….. This conversion took 2 hours I checked Dr. Hakan he was at consultation with another patient Finally we get into the room he met with Doctor Hakan I asked him to explain his expectation to the Doctor He said he wants to lower his hairline therefore we gave him mirror and pen ask him to point us his hairline where would be started and he point 2,5 cm lowered from current hair line. I and Doctor get looked at each other….. After that Dr. Hakan draw his hairline where he was point after that I was informed that he would need more than 3000 grafts but I told him we can bring his hairline up for saving 1000 grafts for future….I informed to the doctor I already discuss about his future hair loss with him and doctor also informed him about his future hair loss… I translated it again He was so happy with hairline he was looking mirror and taking plenty pictures Anyway after the consultation I send him to the airport I told him again he has to think and search more about his case Because I wasn’t really feel comfortable with this patient I was hoping this patient will change his mind but It didn’t happened after 2 weeks he send 5000 euros to our account because he wanted to confirmed the operation …. This is only consultation part I have to write up after consultation, during operation and after operation….

Looking at these pictures, I opine that you should have been among those guys who carry them well even without hair - attitude matters. Congratulations anyways, you look macho now!! This is way too good a result for 4500 graft session. Can you please let me know about your hair characteristics? Did you have above average donor - that just seemed to me after I looked at your initial pictures?

Thank you for your comment and you are right I was not look like ugly but look like old that's why I did this HT operation anyway I m more happy before I was. My hair is not thickness. but oily if I'm not washing about 1 day it can scratching. My donor was good quality and I have more than enough grafts.

You look like a teenager again, the right picture is an old man, the left picture is a younger man and you have more grafts to look even younger. This is a great result.

Why am I hearing that beard donor is not a good idea?

If you have enough donor from your hair you don't need to get it from beard so that's why people who does not have enough donor from hair they prefer donor from beard and ıt's work but juts for vertex
