anyone have experience of hair transplant in pakistan, there is many doctores who claim to be the best but i heard from many who got transplant , according to everyone, that if the client donor area is very perfect and can able to get 5000 grafts or more but still doctor dose not want to satisfy the client with one season because they want client to come again to get 2nd and many cases 3rd season.

 

have anyone experience?, please share your comments and if possible recommend the best doctor there.

I belong and live in Pakistan too (Karachi city).. I'm just new to this forum which is great (hats off to all the admins and contributors) and I'm new to this forum and just learning how things work here and ill be definitely sharing my experience very soon enough about my journey and HT.

Well yes you are right we have now almost everywhere HT doctors and i'm sure you know about their standards as well. After going through tons and tons of research I ended up with Dr. Humayun in Karachi (though he originally locates in Islamabad but if required comes to Karachi too and has his clinic (plus representative who consults + operation theater too in Karachi). I had my surgery on 25th of August 2012 and i'm 20 years old. I had a strip session done by Dr. Humayun and he was able to achieve around 2700 grafts.

Before & after the surgery his team is always available to help via phone + emails or you can just visit anytime. So far I had wonderful experience with him (though i had freaked out thinking about a surgery and i never even had any injections in my body so this was something huge) but it was carried so easily that I've been talking to him all the time while he was removing my strip and stitching back in place. So ill recommend you to go to Dr Humayun only and no one else as there are only 2 best and known HT institute in Pakistan and Dr. Humayun is one of them.

So its been almost 5 months now. And now im just waiting for the real results. I was told to wait 8-9 months for 100% results so just waiting ..

One thing i did a mistake was never took photos of my scalp as time passed by so i could keep a track through it though the HTI took my initial photos. So i can check later with them the before and after comparison when the time comes.

P.S - If you live in a city you must know there's another institute too who does all the celebs transplant and advertises. Though their results are good but the charge too much !!

I agree. Compared to what we see and read on internet.. its far high above 2% what they claim !!

Its been a month since I started Rogaine Foam. No sides and its easy to use and doesn't give that greasy look the liquid used to give me ( i used generic 5% liquid years ago ).

Started Nizoral 2% 2x a week last week. Ill use the 3rd time tomorrow. Doesn't feel bad until now.

So im on the BIG 2 right now. The 3rd one killed my p**** so stopped that

Well I had been told you use after a month of HT. But i actually started using it after 4 months.

Use it as soon as you can. As you will loose some hair due to rogaine effect as well as shock loss.

After a month you'll see new hairs coming out totally !

I use it right after i get out from the shower, make my hair dry with a towel and then use it !

Foam is all the way better than the liquid. Though i read somewhere using after a shower may cause it absorbing it into my body .. but i dont feel any bad right now !

I'm one of the many people who had his di*** just to piss ! even then i literally felt i was empty down there !!!

Now that I have read about the side-effects of finasteride I am reluctant to use it.

Is topical finasteride as harmful as the tabs?

I tried Finasteride 1mg per day.. stopped after a month as soon as my 30 tablets ended.

Though it does give results but i guess my sexual life is more important than my hairs at age 20 !!!

I started using Nizoral 2% last week & using rogaine foam since a month.

Expecting results atleast from the big 2 !!!

Though i haven't tired but after going through lots of stuff .. Regenepure looks quite promising !

I myself use Nizoral 2% twice a week and a normal anti hair fall shampoo on the other days.

I'm from Pakistan and regenepure isn't available over here

I see you use Propecia .5mg per week !

I tried Propecia 1mg everyday. Had horrible effects. Can i try 1mg per week ? Is that effective?

As i read its compulsory to have 1MG per day of it. Can you advice me ?

Using Rogaine Foam since a month. Twice a day. It made my hair shed (which is very common during the starting 4 weeks). No sides nothing. I feel it made my hair thick but ill be waiting for the real results which will come with time !

Well I did give a try to fin for 1 month but due to horrible sides i stopped it. I felt i had nothing down there (feeling embarrassed) and believe me i had no stress or hype about its hype as i was very confident as the effects will go once stopped so why not take the risk ?

In the case of Avodart, can't I try this ? As i'm not in propecia and it looks like its a combination therapy.

No idea about that. I just started using Nizoral 2% twice a week (to kill DHT) and I've been using Rogaine Foam since 1 month exactly which just made me shed. Though 4 weeks have gone by .. Lets see if the shed stops and i see some improvements.

Lets see how it works. No idea about caffeine shampoo.
