Hi.. I am a youthful 50 yo male with a Norwood 6 pattern. The question is for those in my situation who have proceeded with surgery: was it worth it and are you happy and satisfied with the results? Would you do it again? My expectations are realistic, looking to improve what I think ages me the most. Want it to look natural, though. My hair is fine and I have average donor density and good laxity. Pics wold be appreciated. Shaving my head is not an option. Opinions would be appreciated as I am trying to make a decision. Thanks

Why do some physicians use blades and others needles to make the recipient incisions? Any advantages to either one? Is one more up to date? Thanks

Thanks. No irritation. Just wondering if the use of Retin A would have any effect on a possible hair transplant.

Hi. I am considering a HT. I have used in the past topical 5% minoxidil followed by application of Retin-A cream 0.1% to aid absorption . Does the use of Retin A in the past have any impact on the success of a HT? Any increased risk of complications because of this previous use of Retin A ????

Hi agent eye. Been following your progress. With Dr Rahal I don't think you have any worries. My question is why is your hair so short in the back. Wouldn't longer hair hide the scar and shock loss??
