Which clinic is Dr Miln based in mate? I’m in the UK but have never heard him mentioned before.
Hey man, he's a very good Doctor. Also based at Westminster Medical Group in London. He seems to work between London and Cardiff.

I think FUE leaving no visible scar is a MASSIVE misnomer. Only under the skill of a good doctor, it is mostly invisible. Under a bad doctor, it can be as visible or worse than an FUT.
Hey man, you're not wrong, FUE when overdone definitely look worse than a pencil thin strip scar. See some horrendous donors following over-harvesting over the years.

Hey Melvin, great video man. This should be shown to everyone considering having the procedure. If only people took more time and weighed up the options more!
I have to say - your own hair transplant result looks phenomenal dude ! 😎

Amazing dude ! That has recovered really well 😎

Hey man, how many sessions did it require to look like this?
I bet you are seeing a large rise in repair cases. I have no idea why Turkish clinics extract so closely together and cause such obvious thinning like that. Madness !
Good job anyway dude 👏

Hey Teddy, keep us all posted here over the coming weeks and months it would be great to see how this bounces back 🤠

Hey man, your hair looks very good already, though I do understand wanting to have a little more density. I think a small touch up would complete your goal. We can be our own worst critics in life, often our imperfections we tend to focus on heavily, even though no one else even notices....

LPP is poorly understood -and I'm guessing way underdiagnosed in males. Not everyone gets thinning/eyebrows or side burns - but the majority do have itching.
There is an overlap LPP/MBP condition called FAPD (Fibrosing alopecia in a pattern distribution).
With LPP and hair transplants there are no certainties - for some they take but eventually fall out a few years later for examples. For others they get very poor growth - or some combination of the above. I believe some may do well over time but I struggle to find lots of examples as case studies seem to stop after a few years.
There is no 'cure' for autoimmune - this or others - but there are many treatments. It's a difficult condition to treat but many people get in under control after treatment starts. My symptoms have gotten away better but it still flares from time to time.
Check out Dr. Donovan's hair pages on LPP - loads of information on it.
Hey man, this is interesting. Autoimmune disorders are such a strange phenomenon that I'm surprised there is still no actual cure after all this years. Treatments work, but as soon as you stop, oh no !

How long would you say you've thinking about further work for ?
-
Hey man, it's very early days with the regrowth but often going cheap means you end up spending twice to get it repaired after. You may be one of the lucky ones though and all will be OK. Give it some time now and wait the results 👍

Hey man, I have to admit I thought your hairline looked really good already. Boxing it in will look nice though when you're a pensioner will that look good then? These are always things that I think people don't think about. Not to say being older and have a super straight hairline won't look cool, just that your hairline already looks great in my opinion!

If you are not using minoxidil, then very roughly, you are looking at Months 6-9 for the greatest visible progress. Might take even longer depending on your physiology and unique characteristics.
9 - 15 months then for textural changes, thicker hairs etc which look more normal and less brittle...

Just posted on the on the other thread, a way forward would be seeking a repair, so Dr Mwamba or Dr Bisanga… both are skilled with Afro centric hair and also with repairs. Reach out to both of them 👍🏿
Dr Umar in LA could also be a good call. He has done many great repairs. Certainly worth reaching out to see what options may be available. Scalp Pigmentation could also be a potential quick fix to tie you over.....

Hey man, great update from where you started. This is going to be a total transformation when you fully grow out and mature. I for one am looking forward to the end result. Keep us all updated on here 🤠

Hey man, don’t tie yourself up in knots like this with numbers. You can’t be certain that counting every extraction digitally with a red dot is accurate as you have done for hours and hours. That is not healthy dude. Keep calm and await the result. Try to update the forum monthly with your regrowth photos so we can see how it all pans out. This could be helpful for others who psychologically get caught up in the numbers 😎
-
Try to keep posting on here monthly until the final result. This could be really helpful for some who have the same feelings early on after their procedure 👍

Hey man, all very normal for the hairs to flake off with the scabs. This is always a concern as you see them disappear down the drain thinking you've lost your new implants. Don't sweat it they'll grow back 😎
Case performed by Dr. Feriduni – 1967 FU in 1 procedure
