  1. Hi everyone, i'm 24 years old and have a slight receding hairline. I have had fine hair all my life and over the last couple of years have seen a slight thinning. I'd classify my hair loss as either Norwood II. Roughly about a year ago, I decided to take action and after consultation with my GP and google lol I started the following regime: 1. Propecia, 1 mg every three days. Am worried about side effects so I want to limit my dose 2. Nizoral everyday 3. LLLT everyday Based on these, I have seen a slowing in the severity of hair loss but no signficant temporal regrowth. I have done research on minoxidil with many claiming it did nothing but destroy their hair line and this concerns me. So my questions are: 1. Is it possible for me to drop the dosage of Propecia even further and the drug still be effective? 2. Can people tell me (from personal experiences) if minoxidil was effective of temporal regrowth? 3. Is their anything else I can do to promote growth? Thanks for taking the time, I think we all know how disheartening hair loss can be. Any assistance you can provide will be great.
