Hi, I am a 22 year old woman, and I just noticed thinning on my top hair. It's been about 2 months and I feel more certain I'm losing hair.
Now I've been having a hard time with stress issues and bad eating habits... it's psychological and am receiving treatment but now I am freaking out because I'm going bald and well, I'm a girl...
What can I do to reverse or maintain my hair? Anything I should stay away from?
