Thanks Akk for ur valuable inputs. I am from chennai and had been planning for a transplant for quite sometime, I was really not sure whom to contact. After reading about your experience on this thread, I made a few enquiries with some of my Doctor friends about Dr.Ramachandran, senior cosmetic surgeon,Apollo Hospital and all of them vouched for him and said he is the best. I met him about 10 days back,he assessed my condition and advised me to go for a combination of fut and fue and fixed the surgery for 15/10/12. I arrived at the hospital at 11:30 and after all the initial preparations, the doctor and 10 of his team members began the procedure at 2:30. I was really satisfied with the way Dr.Ramachandran was taking so much time and care in placing the right type of hair at the right place. His dedication must be really appreciated as he was on the job without a single break right till the surgery got over at 10:30 ( 8 hours ). In all he transplanted 2772 grafts (716 fue & 2056 fut). He is a real professional and I am very confident that I my results will be good. I am posting a few photographs.
