I'm appauled by the blatant ethnocentrism in these threads. Mexico has a rich history of educational institutions and universities, the oldest of which predates the earliest American university by 97 years. Mexico has stricter medical regulations than the United States. Neopel recently perfomed a hair transplant on my spouse and they did a wonderful job. This was my spouse's second transplant. The first was performed by Bosley. Neopel did a much better job. Dra. Hernandez Amaya was very meticulous. The hairline looks very natural. I can post pics in a few months once the healing and hair growth has been completed. You can find great doctors and idiot doctors anywhere, even in the United States. Just do your research before picking a doctor.
