Hmmmm....so I'm assuming from your answer that I should switch to Rogaine and stop taking the Shen Min DHT pills? What was your experience with Rogaine? Sorry if I misunderstand your response. I'm new to all of this. I've heard it barely grows any hair and doesnt work for some people but as far as I know the people who told me that don't know anything. One of the reasons i came here so i could get the facts. So you think that quitting the Shen Mi pills and start Rogaine would be better to restore an stop my hair loss. I didn't want to do propecia cause of the crazy sexual side effects I heard it can cause. Is there a special Rogaine I should buy or any type would work okay? My hair loss is mostly in the front of my scalp. I'm also assuming from your response about the topical DHT blocker was in reply about DHT blockers in general? were you just saying DHT blockers in pill form are better than the topical ones? Either way you still recommend Rogaine as a better choice though correct? Thanks for the advice so far. Every bit helps Josh

Hello Everyone, I'm new here and needed some advice. I'm 30 and have been losing my front based hair for about 5 years now. It's finally got to the point where it's pretty bad. I've been using head and shoulders for about 10 years. For the last 4 weeks I've been using something called Shen Min DHT Blocker as I've been told I have a DHT issue causing my hair loss. Now I've heard from different places on the internet that Rogaine doesn't work very well. I don't know if that is true. That is why I'm here. I want to learn more about this. So would the experts here or the experienced people here suggest I leave Shen Min alone and switch to Rogaine?? Has it worked well for you? Thanks Josh

Hello, I'm 30 and have been using Head and Shoulders for the last 10 years. In those 10 years I've noticed my hair falling out. My main hair loss is in the front where my bangs would I guess and it's now moving toward the center. I doubt it's the head and shoulders as I've been told I have a built up of DHT causing my hair issues, but I'm just ready to try something new after 10 years. I've been told by some people that Head and Shoulders isn't the best for people having hair loss. I don't know how true this is, but that's why I'm here. So I can get some real advice. So what shampoo would you all recommend for a guy around 30. I saw some people say Nizoral Regular Strength 1% is pretty good. Are there any decent shampoos they sell at Wal-Mart's or anything? Just looking for something decent that won't make me go bald lol. I have no problem ordering something either if it comes highly recommended. I'm also currently taking Shen Min DHT blocker as well. So I wanted to know if it would be okay to take a shampoo like that when I'm taking these as well. Thanks and yes, I'm a newbie. Josh
