How many grafts we can extract depends on the supply of the beard donor area. If the density is enough, we can extract around 2000 grafts (or more) without any problem.

thanks for your comment. We can extract grafts not just from the scalp donor area (back of the head), but also from different part of the body such as from beard donor area. This gives a big advantage for the patients who do not have a strong scalp donor area.

Transplanting single hair grafts to the front line is important for a natural looking result. We, therefore, use lower part of the donor area since mostly this area has single hair grafts.

Thanks for your comment. The patient has a FUT operation before coming us. We use beard grafts from mid-scalp through vertex area and the beard grafts adjust themselves on these areas overtime.

Thanks for the comment. We transplanted hairs to the front area for this patient. For the front line we use single hair grafts for a natural looking result and mostly lower part of the donor area has these grafts. However, comparing Picture 3 under "Before" title and Picture 3 under "after 8 months", there is no big difference on the donor area. Additionally the patient is happy with the result.
