We can use both micromotor and manual extraction method.

To get a good result from a hair transplantation operation, one of the important factor is experience. Additionally, we use the micro motor in a way that the spin speed of it is slow. Therefore, we haven't seen any difference between these two methods after long term experiences.

These are the results of 6005 (4155 hair + 1850 beard) Grafts from a 34 years old patient. He does not use any medicine.

Grafts Details

2066 single

1655 Double

434 Multiple

For this operation, Choi Hair Transplanter / implanter Pen technique was used. With this technique, we use small pen needles which has 6-7-8mm diameters for planting grafts into recipient sites. After the surgery, patient's recovery is faster and the result is natural.

To extract the grafts from the donor area, we use small blade called micro-motor which has 0.7 mm diameter and does not harm donor hairs' roots.

Such a great repair. It's easy to forget that while some of us are relatively lucky and can be made whole with 1-2k grafts, there are folks that have truly been butchered. To have an outcome like this must have changed the patient's life. I'd be crying tears of joy if this were me.

These are 3043 grafts 10 month results. The patient is 34 years old and he used finasteride for just 3 months after the operation.

Grafts Details:

Single hair grafts : 1308

Two hair grafts : 943

Multiple hair grafts: 792

We used 0.7 mm punches to harvest the grafts and 0.6&0.8 mm Choi Implanter Pens to implant the grafts.
