Hi, I have been checking around the net and some people seem to think that weight lifting does actually speed up hair loss if you are prone to it, even if you don't use steroids or testosterone supplements.
Do you think you would still be likely to speed up your hair loss if you have been taking finasteride for about 8/9 months, but then start lifting?
I haven't lifted really for about 4 years or so, but was hoping to get back into it; though if there's a good chance it's going to make my hair loss worse I don't want to risk it. I was looking at doing front squats, dumbell chest press, chins, dips, overhead press maybe; so clearly not serious bodybuilding or powerlifting.
Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!
