Hello Dr.Nigam, Good to see this. I appreciate your challenge. I had to go to Bangalore on my projet work after i met u and then wanted to post some doubts once I return to Mumbai. Instead of going to all technical doubts, I can simply ask in a single question.As you have already seen me in person, my scalp, would it be possible for me to get that density which you are claiming for this guy??

Hi Dr.Nigam, Sorry for late reply. First of all thanks a ton for your reply, it really sounds confident and convincing. I would really like to share my photographs with you. Will be contacting you soon personally either by gmail or skype and share my details. Just need some time to get my hair grew a bit, as i trim my head regularly, and then would share my photographs. So, by saying "We have stopped doing FUE/bht from apri 2013", do you really mean that stem cell could give me good amount of hair and no transplantation would be required at all??

Hello Dr. Nigam, Hope you are doing good. You might be aware how desperate we all are to see your updates and now I seek some clarification from you. Recently I've visited your clinic and had an appointment with your front desk executive. Initially they said stem cell would give me good hair but should be accompanied with FUE for hairline. Being a phase Vll candidate and having a very poor donor area, I was not convinced and again went to the clinic few weeks later. Now, they started telling that just with stem cell we cannot get good results and suggested me to go for body hair transplantation+beard hair transplant+Donor doubling along with other procedures like dp, prp etc. This totally put me into a dilemma and two things I'm confused about: 1. When i have to depend Upon transplantation, my own hair from body &beard, does it say that non-transplant therapies like stem cell in no way can get me hair? Then why we talk about stem cell? 2. If so, how good it would be to take hair from different body parts and implant? The hair of body, beard and scalp have different texture, length, thickness, resting phases etc. Would it be not ugly in appearance? (Moreover, When I visited the clinic, they didn't even Scan my scalp to check scalp condition to have an estimation on posibility of hair regrowth. Simply started explaining the procedure and how much it costs.) At one side we are really very glad to know that some one is putting efforts to give us a hope, and the other side we wonder how legitimate one is. In fact we worry by seeing many clinics giving false promises and just cashing. For me, Putting good amount of money doesn't bother cause money cannot buy me the happiness that I get when I gain good amount of hair back. But more bothering would be then, when I will be guilty repenting that my money was spent in some thing unreal. Just clarify my concerns so that I Can proceed Thank you...

Hi Dr Nigam, Good to see you here in the forum and it's very nice to see your timely comments. After seeing your comments I was thinking to meet you and was planning to undergo SHM in coming months. But, by the above quoted comments of yours, do you mean to say that this procedure still takes 5 years for betterment? Moreover, I'm in my 30 & VII phase and was wondering how the results would be for me. Also, being spent so many years hopelessly and deceived by some hair clinics, I'm unable to gain confidence on this method of hair restoration but I'm at the same time so excited to know if this really works and would rush to take it up if it's really effective. thank you!

Those complaints imply that the doctor has a tendency of making money with false promises. So why not he can give false promises with his new stem cell therapy either? I might be wrong, but we have to think in this way too, right?

Well, it's quite disappointing to know that all possible treatments are not suitable for me being in NW VII state. I'm seriously worrying a lot about my problem. I hope you can understand, being unmarried what I'm going through; not even dare enough to propose a girl I love. So, the last option what I was thinking about is 'bio fiber' or the implantation of artificial hair. I have seen some sites like Biofibre hair implants, Biofibre artificial hair replacement and Nido at Cosmetic Surgery Specialists Prague Makeover , who claim to do artificial hair implantation. I heard that artificial hair implantation has been banned by FDA some years back for the side effects it has, but some people claim that there has been further improvements made in this aspect and are waiting for approval. I would like to know your comments on artificial hair, if any advancements in this procedure, or if any hopes in future. thank you

Hi, I have lost my hair and I'm in stage 7 of Norwood Hamilton Scale. Recently I have visited a Beauty Care center who were advertising about the stem cell therapy or mesotherapy. They were confidently stating that this therapy would give 100 % results in regrowth of hair on my scalp. I would like to know if this stem cell therapy really effective for hair regrowth? in some of the sites I have seen that the stem cell therapy is still in research and no where I have seen any great news about stem cells in regrowing hair. I dont want to get bluffed with false promises. Please clarify. thanks in advance!!
