  1. Bill/All: So i finally confirmed and validated for myself the fact that Dr. Brandon Ross in San Diego California has lost his license. The link is unavailable to post but follow these instructions to see it for yourself. If this is the case i am extremely dissapointed in the fact that this coalition website would recommend this doctor for my procedure and attempted to cover this up!! Step's to website documents/links: 1. Go online to the "Medical board of California" 2. Click "Check your Doctor" 3. Click "Continue Search" 4. Type in last name "Ross", First name "Brandon" 5. Click on "Brandon, Ross Michael" 6. Results for license status, court & public records displayed for viewing.
  2. Dennis, I'm sorry that you are having a frustrating time contacting physicians recommended by our community. I can assure you that our database of recommended physicians is up to date and that each physician has been prescreened by our entire community. To see how we recommend physicians, click here. We are currently in the process of investigating the Dr. Ross issue. I have left a message for him on his personal cell phone and intend on following up tomorrow. However, I have not heard back anything yet. As for Dr. Reed and Dr. Carman, they are definitely still practicing and are doing outstanding work. Feel free to use the "search" feature on our discussion forum to see what their patients and our members are saying. I'm sorry you had a difficult time getting a hold of any surgeons recommended by our community today. But if you've left a message, I trust that someone will get back to you. You can also visit their profiles (click on their names above) to email them and/or do a free virtual consult. As for Dr. DeYarman, he is not currently recommended by our community. However, you are free to use our forum to research and ask your questions about Dr. DeYarman and/or any and all doctors you are considering. I called around and found a Dr Deyardman locally in San Diego whom isnt on your list but when i called them they where very polite and eager to work with me and are able to fit me in on my schedule and terms. Is their any reason why they were not listed on your referal notice??? Its seems that everyone on your list i called either doesnt pick up or has closed up shop, whats the deal man with your website??? So far this coalition website has been pretty disapointing and thus is leaving me to just not do the procedure all together. Not trying to put your website down, just need you to stand behind what you preach on it with correct and accurate facts and information. I am very busy and dont want to be wasting my time. If in fact that is the case with Ross and the non response im getting from Reed and Carman, i will end up going to the great service and support i've received at Dr. Deyardmans office. Thanks for your time and quick response. Please update your website so someone else doesnt have to go through this. Dennis From: help@hairtransplantnetwork.com To: szemfamily@hotmail.com Subject: RE: Surgeons license -- Hair Loss Q & A Blog contact form Date: Thu, 2 Aug 2012 13:30:20 -0400 Dennis, This is really strange and if he's no longer performing hair transplants, that's brand new information to me as I just spoke with their clinic about one of his patients a week or two ago. You are referring to Dr. Brandon Ross right? What phone number are you trying to call? I just called (858) 546-0060 and got the clinic's voicemail. I also just left a message with Dr. Ross on his cell phone to call me. We do happen to recommend a number of quality surgeons in California. I have since called for an update and they are now not answring there phones. Does this Hair Transplant Network offer any other referalls for a hair transplant surgeon in San Diego California that answers there phones and can schedule a proffessional and ethical procedure??? Do you have a link you can send me? Dr. Ross is a highly esteemed member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians and in my opinion, he does excellent work. Thus, I wouldn't hesitate to consider him for your hair transplant surgery.
