  1. Many years ago I saw a TV programme on Goldie Hawn who still looks incredibly young with great hair.In the film it showed an awful lot of vitamins she took each morning which she swore kept her healthy. In England Holland and Barrett seem to be the cheapest but rather than take loads of different bottles Wellman have all in one vitamins which work out cheaper.Although I still buy from eg H & B 's own brand of Hair,Nails and Skin I have obtained incredible results from Solgar V2000 and will now use this as my main vitamin.I play guitar and after a few days use of V2000 my nails strengthened and hair was sprouting everywhere.Hair volume and mass has increased. The ingredients on the label are extensive. A sure tell tale sign is a sudden increase in the areas where you don't want hair eg nostrils and ear lobes and I have to pluck these areas most days.est to take with food to avoid urinating deep yellow which presumably is the vitamin passing through. The quality of Solgar is like a Ferrari so don't fall for it's all the same since it's just like saying all food is the same but there's a massive difference when you buy from Waitrose as opposed to Budgens. Try and find the cheapest bottle available eg Amazon or Ebay.Good luck.
  2. I've had 3 ops with Dr May and am very pleased with the results.Cindy Jackson recommended him tome many years ago and that's good enough for me (promotional link removed) I was therefore surprised to read some dissing quotes about this Dr. There was no pressure at the consultation stage. He has a very English style and public school manner similar to Steve Fry and is not therefore in your face. For 2,500 grafts it only cost me approx ??2,300 and so it's not true or necessary to travel to the States especially now with the weakness of the Pound.Speaking to other clinics they all seem to know and respect him eg.the Faros. He's a Fellow in the UK which is not easy to obtain and a lot of surgeons do not soley specilaise in transplant surgery. It's his passion. There are butchers in every country and he's not one of them and the proof is that he has not been subject to any legal proceedings after many years practise as far as I am aware.Let's face it this op is not for everyone and possibly some patent's expectations are too high
