    RCWest Thank you again for replying to my query. I am from India and its easy to get dutas from any drug store without prescription. Did you get any side effect from dutas and spiro? I am planning to add sprio to my regime but afraid of sides.

    Thank you RCWest for your response. I can understand no treatment works within few weeks or 2-3 months but my current situation really freaked me out. I had enough hairs to hide my scalp before going on dut stuff but now my hairs are very thin and anyone can see my scalp. I have hairs but they are very thin. Yes, I am on Dr. Reddy's generic dutas, I am thinking of reducing my dosage to 0.5MG EOD or 0.5MG 2 times a week with daily 1MG finasteride stuff. RCWest your regime looks interesting, are you using topical Spiro or oral?
