Hey Guys, Are there any vitamins or specific shampoos any of you use to best help combat hair loss? I know there aren't any magical vitamins or shampoos that will help me re grow hair but just looking for anything that will help thicken my hair as my problem is ministuratization. THanks for all the help!

@Shampoo - at what age did you start doing something about it? What are you currently on for your hair loss?

@Spanker - Thx for the reply. Is there a specific name for this type of hair loss? Where u see it thin but there are no extra hairs in the shower, on ur pillow etc

Hi Guys, I am 28 years old and I've been slowly thinning pretty much my entire head for the past 5 years. It hasn't been until the last year that it's been really bothering me. The thing about it is I never really see hair loss. Like in the shower, when I run my fingers through it, on my pillow when i wake up. Like nothing out of the ordinary of the hairs you're supposed to loose in a day, but my hair is thinning more when i look at it. When you start to loose your hair aren't u supposed to see it? In my case you can't. Has anybody else experienced that? Thanks!
