Thanks a lot for the feedback guys it is much appreciated. When I had my first quote explaining how the hair density was going to be populated over my head, I was thinking to put slightly less than expected on the front line (average as opposed to high density) to make it look like I am still loosing my hairs but way less (so people don't notice a huge change) and I realized shortly after that how much of a non sense that was. Anyways, thanks for all your comment, they all make great sense.

I want to thank all of those who are making this forum work, this is a priceless source of information and interaction with people concerned with their hair loss. I am contemplating a second hair surgery as time is overcoming the results of the first one. One of mine concerns (beyond the Dr choice and price) is the look I would get from my friends and family after the second surgery. The first one (>6 years ago) had a little bit of impact at a time when I still had a significant amount of hairs left (so I did not tell any family member nor friends and no one truly notice I think) however the second one can't go unnoticed as I have way less hairs and I will get way more hairs from surgery. How are you guys doing with sharing that experience with persons near you? Ever been bothered with the questions and potential judgments that will come with the appearance change (from friends, family, co workers etc... everyone)? Thanks,
