  1. I am from India, where people don't care much about looks and hair loss. Even I had the same frame of mind once upon a time. At the age of 19, I realised that a small patch of area in the frontal temple region of my head is empty. I was stuck with nervousness and depression, and the depression coupled with my obsessive compulsive disorder, proved to be very dangerous. Every morning I used to wake up with some sort of nervousness and anxiety. I also flunked some exams. Then, I found some sort of hair powder, and started applying to my hair. That added some density to my hair, and my worries died down for some time. I studied engineering for 4 years and started working. Things were a bit normal. Then, at the age of 24, I thought of going for hair straightening, and that was one of the worse decision of my life. The guys who were doing straightening, were some amateur guys, and they side partitioned my hair, and tried straightening them. When it was over, I realised that my bald patch of the temple is visible again. I tried hair straightening again, but it wasn't of any use. I had to keep my hair long to hide my baldness. After that incident 50% of the bandwidth of my mind goes to ensure that my bald patch is not visible. It happens during studying, working, roaming around with friends.I don't like going to my job, meeting my friends. I have lost all self confidence and motivation and desire I had. As I mentioned before that I suffer from Obsessive compulsive disorder, and that is making the matter worse. I have to look at my hair again and again in the mirror, to make sure that every thing is OK. One look at the mirror early in the morning destroys my day. Recently, I have started having panic attacks and I wake up with depression in the morning. Although, I have started taking propecia. I always regret going for the hair straightening, and have become a very nervous and a pessimist person, with no confidence and happiness. I would welcome any suggestion to eliminate grade 2-3 temple badness, or anything that would make may hair dense and manageable.I am ready to go for surgery(HT) too
