  1. The photos below are of the patient "Chisorr" who commented above that he had surgery with me six years ago. Single procedure, approx 2600 grafts, very fine hair, class 5. Sincerely, Scott Boden, M.D.
  2. The previous patient had 2100 grafts via FUT. The patient below is the woman who wrote previously. Following surgical excision and radiation treatment, she had an area of permanent hair loss in the frontal forelock area. The "after" photos below were taken ten months after FUT surgery of about 750 grafts. Sincerely, Scott Boden, M.D.
  3. Hello Discussion Forum members, I did ask several of my patients to take a few minutes to respond to the negative posts that were unwarranted. Thus there are three new posters. I understand that pictures are worth a thousand words, and add credibility, and I will send in several before and after photos. The photos shown below are 11 month follow up photos of a patient who had 2100 follicular unit grafts. Note natural-appearing densely packed hairline. Sincerely, Scott Boden, M.D.
  4. Hello All, This is Dr. Scott Boden posting. I am a full-time hair transplant surgeon with offices in Connecticut. I have been practicing hair transplantation for ten years, and provide a personalized, expert approach for men and women with hair loss. I completed a one-year ISHRS-accredited Fellowship, and am a Diplomate and Member of the Board of Directors of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. I have a special interest and expertise in Follicular Unit Extraction, and have lectured and taught other physicians at several meeting of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. In fact, I will be teaching at an upcoming conference specifically devoted to Follicular Unit Extraction. I take a personal interest in each of my patients and work closely with them to provide consistent, excellent results that meet their cosmetic goals. I provide all consultations myself, at no charge. I find it somewhat troubling that members of the Hair Restoration Discussion Forum who are unfamiliar with me or my work feel free to post negative comments. This strikes me as unprofessional and inappropriate, at the very least. I would be happy to meet with or discuss my practice and share photographs of my patient's results with members who are interested in learning more about my work. Sincerely, Scott A. Boden, M.D.
