  1. PMed you and some other users with the invoice (don't think it's right to post it).
  2. Hello and thanks for the replies so far. I do not have pics from the clinic but can potentially post the invoice I got from the clinic, if that helps building trust. I chose Couto because I wanted a "great" job but apparently this is not even going to be an "average" job - I am pretty sad about that. The doctor said he is also disappointed and that will be providing a repair for free (and surely I will need that), but I am afraid of getting another poor result and further depleting my donor. PS: Also I must say, when I went for the check up a couple of days after the procedure I saw and met a number of his past patients, some of them showed me pics of how thy looked and I was mind blown - some truly incredible results!! I do not intend to discredit anyone here, I am merely looking for help.
  3. Hello everyone,I have never posted despite having been a member for quite some time. But here I am with my story:In Jan, after years of research I finally took the plunge and had my hair transplant with Dr Couto, in Madrid.I truly admired his work and I liked the way he approached me during consultations and the day of operation.I started as a NW3 with good density on the vertex and back. My goal was to lower the HL but keep being conservative, which the doc agreed on doing despite he was suggesting a more aggressive approach.Long story short: I had a 2-day procedure during which 2000 grafts were implanted in my temples and frontal 3rd.After 6.5 months from the procedure the results are surprisingly disappointing: the right temple is not looking great but much better than the left, where I have not had any progress for the past 2.5 months. What particularly worries me is that I can’t see a single “baby hair” sprouting, which would keep up my hopes for an improvement in the next months.I know I need to wait the 12 months mark and that some people take longer than others to regrow, but in my last consultation the doctor himself recognised his disappointment and said that we may need to do a (free of charge) touch up after I pass the 12 months mark.I am attaching the monthly progress pics.My biggest questions for this forum are: What could have gone wrong given I followed the instructions given by the clinic to the letter and I did not lose a single graft in the post op? Should I go to the same doctor for the touch up or should I seek a different clinic, maybe specialized in repairs? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.Stock Pre op: Post op: 10 days after op: 3.5 months after op: 5 months after op: 6.5 months after op:
